DOTW- Sudha, Her Feelings and Love

Hello Evryone,

Hope u all had a fabulous weekend...

Thought of starting a discussion for this week wid the most important turn in the show, Sudha in love wid Raj...

As we all have been seeing for the past couple of episodes love is in the air for Sudha...Sadly her feelings are unspoken to Raj but are very evident from her expressions and behavior...Most of us think that Raj will not fall in love wid Sudha right away...Rather as we all hav read there will b a love triangle n we can assume wid great chance that it'll b btw Raj n Soumya (whos yet to b introduced) where Sudha will b left heartbroken, at least for sumtime...My questions for u all are:

*Wat shud Sudha do? Shud she express her feelings to Raj? or shud she wait on Rajs words? n y?

*Who wud b at fault, if Sudha misinterprets Rajs words thinking he likes her to n y? (As we say in one eps where he compliments her beauty n she thinks he likes her as well)

*Who wud b responsible if Sudhas heartbreaks? n y?

Sum other points to look at:

*If u were in place of Sudha wat action wud u hav taken?

*Is it always best to express ur love as soon as u feel it?

Yes...definitely she should confess her feelings for Raj.If she keeps quiet now..who knows it will be too late later and Raj would fall in love with someone else?

I think Raj would be at fault because..if he wouldn't have complimented her...she wouldn't have have felt that Raj likes her.If later Sudha proposes him and Raj refuses..then Sudha would be heartbroken.

I have already mentioned that Raj will be more responsible. But then Sudha herself could also be responsible. Because..without knowing what Raj feels for her she has taken it granted that Raj likes her.

Well...I would have confessed my feelings....' jab pyar kiya toh darna kya'

*Is it always best to express ur love as soon as u feel it?

No...definitely not alwayys..first you should know whether the persons likes you or not. If he/she simply hates/dislikes you....what is the point in expresssing your love?

Shud she express her feelings to Raj? as explained above, that would not be the wisest thing to do..what if raj doesn't feel the same way? what if this tears them apart, rather than bringing them closer? maybe now is the time for them to hang in there and stay friends!😛

--- i honestly don't know ..... but somehow i think if she tells him and he doesn't feel the same way .... they won't be able to interact in the same way they did before .... i dunno if she would want to risk losing a friend like that .... but then again .... if she doesn't say anything ..... everything might end up being unsaid😭

--- i don't think anyone would necessarily be at fault ...... the way in which raj behaves is a very common and cute way of flirting that many people engage in ..... but i don't think sudha realizes that ....... and i don't think raj has realized that somwhere his flirting is sending the wrong message ..... so really neither is at fault .... its a mutual misunderstanding (if it is one😉 .... never know ...... our hero just might be expressing himself .... but we're seeing it as the classic "the boy who cried wolf too many times" situation .... only here it is "the boy who flirted too many times with too many different girls"😆)

--- both .... as i said above, its a mutual misunderstanding ..... but if raj is really harsh then it would be his fault .... but if he let's her down gently without joking around it would be a mutual misunderstanding .... but it'll still be heartbreaking for her ....... and us (well me for sure)

--- okay i don't think i'd ever be able to admit it ........ but then again i'm not sudha and i don't have a raj hanging around me ..... but if i was sudha .... i'd try to get it out of him (but not just by ding eni-mieni-mo with chips😆) .... maybe try to set him up with someone and see the reaction .... i know many of you would say that wouldn't that mean i (sudha😆) risk losing him ........ but if it wasn't meant to be .... it won't be ....... but if he has feelings for me (sudha😆) and it was meant to be ...... it will be and i'll (sudha will😆) get the desired reaction from him

Ok, I think the points to consider questions are similar to the 1st 3 questions, thus I will combine them and answer 😊...

*Wat shud Sudha do? Shud she express her feelings to Raj? or shud she wait on Rajs words? n y? If u were in place of Sudha wat action wud u hav taken? Is it always best to express ur love as soon as u feel it?

Hmm, there are 2 ways of looking at the situation:

-On one hand, I dont think she should express her feelings as of now as first she should be completely sure whether Raj loves her or not. Since Raj behaves this way with everyone, maybe its his personality to be sweet and caring like this.

-But again on the other hand, I feel if u have a feeling like this in ur mind, it would be better to express it slightly sooner as the more u keep such things in ur mind and dream and hope, the more it will hurt u when u realise that person doesnt consider u in a similar way . Another disadvantage of not expressing such feelings soon is that if the guy falls in love with someone else later on, then there would be no use of expressing ur feelings as the way it would be difficult for u to forget the person u fell for, same would be the case with the guy, and then the chances of that guy falling for u reduces even more !

So eventually I feel instead of waiting for the guy to propose to you if he has feelings for u, or waiting for him to fall for you if he already doesnt have such feelings, it would be better to convey the message to him as whether he has such feelings for u or not, you have already fallen for him and it would be impossible for you to forget him once u fell for him, or make ur heart understand that he is not meant for u. So the best thing to do would be to confess ur feelings in front of him watever the case maybe, or watever his feelings maybe 😳. Then let him decide or think over it and get back to u 😊. Cos even if you dint confess to him thinking he doesnt love u, at some point he will realise ur feelings for him (maybe by ur behaviour towards him afterwards, or ur lack of control of emotions and tears in front of him, etc). And in case of Raj & Sudha, she is a very sensitive girl so it maybe easy for him to realise this if her behaviour changes later on. However, Raj is quite an understanding guy, he will handle the situation properly I feel 😳.

Well it wouldnt be either of their fault if Sudha misinterprets Raj's words as Raj has an open personality and he speaks his mind out easily, be it a good thing or bad thing. So watever he feels, he says it out...so that day he felt she looks very pretty and so he complimented her 😊 . But again u cant blame Sudha too if she considers his friendship as love as she is a small town girl who is very naive and innocent and is not exposed much to city life. Because of this, everything appears to be straight to her and since this might be the 1st time she is falling in love, it is very easy for her to be mistaken and take wrong senses of watever Raj says. So she is just behaving and reacting the way any simple and normal girl in her place would do.

Here again, no one can be held responsible if Sudha's heart breaks as love is an emotion over which no one can have control over, so u cant blame Sudha for falling in love with Raj even if Raj doesnt love her. Similary, you cant blame Raj also if he doesnt share the same feeling of love with Sudha and if he develops that feeling for someone else. If he dint consider Sudha in that way and if she misinterpreted his behaviour, Raj cant be blamed for this and neither can Sudha be. But one thing I have to admit, he is such a budhu yaar, she is giving him so many hints and she keeps blushing looking at his face, still he doesnt get the message or wat 😕 ?!

I think she should express her feelings.....Raj purely doesn't know abt this.. and unspoken love doesn't work in this generation........

Its not necessary that if u like someone, u will get the same response from the other... so its always better to clear the misunderstandings.....If Sudha doesn't express her feelings, she is one to be blamed....bcos, Raj will not understand her feelings unless its spoken out...

It will be Sudha bcos she misunderstood Raj's friendship as love..

No, bcos u have understand first, if it is true love or infactuation..... This is one decision in anyone's life, which they r suppose to take it with lot of maturity and understanding level.. one wrong step could ruin two lives....

It is not easy to express love and i feel it does not have to be expressed verbally (always) and especially at this stage. Sudha is expressing her love to Raj by her actions, her song.

Others around like Raj's friend Dinesh, Raj's parents may come to know of it before Raj does, they may be the 1 to tell Raj, that may get him to think about Sudha in that way. I think that is better. If Sudha herself tells Raj, he may backoff and become aloof and alert.

i would not hold any1 responsible. Raj is just helping Sudha pursue her dream. He is trying to help her, by nature he is like that, he helped Tina as well.

Now as she involves herself in singing and comes to know other people, she may be able to understand Raj and his feeling for her better. Which may help save her from heartbreak.

I would let the other person find out thru my actions or let someone else tell him.

Well expressing your love can put the other person on a Red Alert, and he / she may then become reserved if they dont share the same feeling.

So i would say No, give the other person time, and let your love grow in their hearts.

Like many of u all said, by confessing she may create an awkwardness btw her n Raj if Raj doesnt share the same sentiments as her...Like she has been expressing to Raj through her actions she shud wait to c whether Raj tries to speak or hint through his actions...n if she gets the feeling he likes her, she shud get him to throw it out by tangling him wid words n emotionally...So best thing wud b to let Raj speak n then confess...

Actually no one...Being a grl I knw its easy to misinterpret sum guys words- thats cus we r so eagerly waiting n hoping to hear so n so or react in such n such manner that a little bit twds that direction speaks out a lot sum of which sumtimes is jus wat our heart wants us to listen to but our mind doesnt understand...So Sudha misunderstanding Rajs kindness is not her fault...As she has never exprienced the feeling before, its natural for her to think he likes her too, especially in the manner he complimented her...Raj wud also not b guilty becus this is all apart of his kind personality n he isnt doing it wid knwing Sudha likes him nor r his intentions meant to arise any confusion or misunderstanding...He is only going along wid his happy go lucky nature n is speaking in honesty thinking she is understanding....

Again no one...Becus Raj is unaware of her feelings so theres no chance of him being responsible for her pain as watever he does, says in his mind he thinks n expects her to take it in gud faith...Nor wud Sudha b at fault cus she has loved n its natural to mistake ur loves action as their love cus our heart makes us believe that....

No No...Thats a BIG NO NO! Whether its best to express depends on the circumstances n the situation a person is around...One shud only express when they hav a feeling that wat they r abt to do will lead to sum gud, even if it means internal peace...One shud not go express love when they c the person they r in luv wid is least interested or is interested in sumone else..that wud lead to spoiling watever little is btw them...However, sum situations demand expressing love becus sumtimes love needs to be verbally expressed so the emotions can get lose n be realised..
