Hello guys i am back with my second story.
this was the first fiction i wanted to write but due to a few reasons i had decided to delay it.
So here i am with the first chapter of my new story.
Please like and give your honest reviews regarding the story.
I also hope i can instil a slight interest in the sport as well because i am a die hard fan of Tennis.






Chapter 1

It was the first day of the school at St Louis. St Louis was one of the most reputed college in the entire country. Besides being regarded as one of the best college for its education system, it was also very famous for its extra-curricular activities. St. Louis was especially famous for its Dance team that had won many dance competitions all over the country. Just not the dance team but its boy's tennis team was the top ranked team of the country. Two of the members of the boy's tennis team had represented India in the ATP under 18 Davis Cup. And it came as a shock to the entire world that they won the tournament. Two of the team players Reyaansh and David had just entered the ITF junior tennis circuit. They were already no1 and 2 ranked players (AITA under 18 boys). These two young men showed incredible talent at the international circuit and this definitely was a good sign for India.

Note: I am considering that Tennis is a big craze in India just like Cricket. It is the most followed sport after Cricket. Also besides the tournaments conducted by AITA and ATP there is also a team event conducted all over the country. It has three levels. First the regional level, then prefectural level and then the national level. Also there is a fictional ATP under 18 Davis Cup where players from 15 to 18 are allowed

A little background on the women's team. The girl's tennis team had never made it to the prefectural level. There best performance was last year when they lost their final match that could have taken them to prefectural level for the first time. The tennis team captain Alex was not at all a bad player. She had been ranked 28 under 18 girls.

Kria once belonged to a high middle class family but due to an unfortunate incident she had been living under adverse financial conditions. Her father had left them when she was 8. He had expired during a tragic accident that occurred at his workplace. Her mother had been mentally unstable ever since. Her father was the head manager in one of the firm of S&S Groups (Singhania's and Shekhavat's). The owners were kind hearted so they used to still provide full salaries to the families, the deceased had left behind. Despite of being provided with the salary that her father would have earned but after deducting the medical expenditure there was never much left and hence pursuing tennis was rather impossible (as it was really expensive). So she had planned to join St. Louis as it was one college that provided funds for its teams. She had gained a scholarship for the college by topping the entrance exam for admission in St. Louis.

The first day of high school (11^th). There was an atmosphere of excitement and celebration. Yes celebration because there schools boys tennis team had just won the nationals again for the second consecutive year. All were waiting for their heroes to arrive. And there comes the most happening and most popular guy along with his team and his gang (His gang was the entire dance team or say D3 team along with Alex and David). Yes it was none other than Reyaansh Singhania who entered the college waving like a celebrity followed by David then Alex, Sharon, Swayam, and the rest in the given order. These guys were the most popular group of the entire school. Even the seniors envied them. Reyaansh was also part of the dance team but only participated in one or two competitions due to his Tennis schedule was real packed. All the girls were drooling over the guys as they all were the most handsome guys in the school. Though all were dashing Rey, David and Swayam were the most popular for obvious reasons. Among the girls Alex, and Sharon were the sexiest girls in the school. Guys just used to stare at them shamelessly.

(Note: I am mostly going to focus on Rey and Kria. Among the rest David, Alex are going to play a greater role than the others as it will focus on tennis more than Dance. But there will be dancing elements as well. Plus in this school students of 11^th and 12^th class can wear any dress they want, I mean there is no school uniform for high school students.)

First of all i am glad someone here plays tennis. it is an awesome sport once you get a hang of it.

Well it would be tough to remove them as i didn't want to include Swayam and Sharon as the other teammates and then glorify Kriyaansh fearing some rifts so i included these new characters..
Consider these two as replacements for Shivam and Aashi if you want.

But I will try making their characters interesting enough that you would not feel strange having them around. Also having two different pairs around Kriyaansh at different times would help me spice up the story a bit.

Hope you like this new combo of a tennis love story.
