Mumbai homegrown actor, Karan Grover, was overwhelmed by the crowd at Subrail Park on Saturday evening to watch his show.
He was welcomed by thousands of adoring fans at Subrail Park, in Labasa who were there to catch a glimpse of the popular TV star and watch him perform live on stage.
The 31-year-old was born and bred in Mumbai, in India and knows hardly much about Fiji.
He had no idea that the Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli television series in which he stars alongside actress Suhasi Goradia Dhami [Abha] is a hit in Fiji.
"Abha told me about Fiji, so I worked out all the details and I must say I feel great as an actor to touch so many people in a small country."
He said he was touched by the thousands of fans in a country that is only a dot on the world map.
He will be travelling around doing shows until July, 2014 when he is due to shoot a TV series again.
Mr Grover advised those interested in acting to work hard and keep learning every day.
Masti Dance Arts Group member, Sachin Kumar, said it was a lifetime experience to perform with a star like Mr Grover on stage. He believes that experience will help enhance the group members' self- esteem and lift their performance to another level.
Meanwhile, more than 6000 tickets were sold out for event.
