Once Tannu adopts him he works as a double agent. Working for both Razia (his true Ammi for she raised him) and Tannu (for revenge for abandoning him and making another's child her own).

This way he is not really negative but a putty molded that way, giving him a chance for redemption in the end.

Agree, that is another possibility.

Vaise no matter what theory we all apply, no matter what we all discuss and no matter kitna brainstorming we do, it's a Gul show and the most weird things happen in it.

I have been feeling the same. Rehaan is a little fishy and there can be a lot of predictions made but we'll see with the coming time.
Have been feeling that he's Billo's son
He's really cute though😉

The very fact that they are not showing Rehaan's back story (and won't show it for a few months) IMO is to see which way the TRP's are going so that they can introduce a twist (make Rehaan grey or bad) based on good or bad TRPs.

I think right now Gul will establish Sanam and Ahil and SaHil with Rehaan scenes here and there. Something tells me that Rehaan will try to woo Sanam and Sanam may fall for Rehaan and on the day of the nikaah there will be another 'Qubool Nahin Hai' from Rehaan (Tannu's plan for revenge). Marriages (and engagements) of OTPs don't happen so easily in QH 😆. Then Ahil will get married to Sanam after falling in love with her, not on the same day though but much later or maybe Ahil loves Sanam but gets married to her only later. I know this sounds a lil off-beat but with Gul around anything can happen. This is just one of the possibilities.
