ELAS: Update for May 16, 2007

Is Nikhil Bi-polar???!!! Tonights episode kind of makes your mind wonder...

So Nikhil and Sonam see that Anu, Aryan, and Priya have heard everything they were talking about.
Nikhil tries to tell Anu that Sonam is a liar, and that she was always after his money. He keeps trying to convince her, but Anu is unable to listen.
White Nikhil is rambling on about Sonam being a liar, Sonam cannot take it anymore, and faints. Priya tells Aryan that they must take her to the hospital immediately.
So Priya, Aryan, Anu, and Nikhil arrive at the hospital, while they take Sonam away. They are all in the waiting room for hours. While the waiting process is going on, Nikhil makes several attempts to talk to Anu, but Anu is in shock and is furious, so she pushes Nikhil away, several times.
The docs come and and give Aryan a slip to go get meds for Sonam, so he goes to the hospital pharmacy, and Anu follows him. While he's getting the meds, tears start forming in his eyes, and Anu puts her hand on his shoulder to reassure him.
Back in the waiting room, the gang is waiting, and Nikhil continues to make attempts to talk to Anu. He even gets her coffee, and she takes it and offers it to Aryan, who doesnt want it, and then dumps the coffee in a bucket.
While the waiting process, Nikhil tries to talk to Anu again but she pushes him away and asks him to leave her alone. Then, the docs come out, and the doctor tells them that Sonam wants to speak to Rocky. (This part is actually kind of funny, because when the doc tells them that Sonam wants Rocky, Anu says "Yes, Rocky, go." Hahaha)
Anu tells Nikhil to go speak to Sonam. Aryan wants to go too, but is stopped, as Nikhil must go meet Sonam alone.
He goes in and Sonam is excited to see him and starts yelling his name, telling him to save her father and that he missed him. Nikhil is irritated of Sonam but doesn't say anything. Sonam goes on about her father, and her love for Rocky. (I wish I could count how many times the name Rocky was said in this episode. Seriously, someone try to do it. I'm sure you'll get more than 50.)
Just then, Nikhil turns around and sees Anu watching from the window. Sonam realizes that her child is missing, and asks Nikhil to help her find the child. She starts looking everywhere begging him to help, but he's too preoccupied in seeing Anu looking through the window, with tears in her eyes.
Then Anu leaves angrily, and he runs out of the hospital trying to get her, but Aryan stops him and tells him to stay here, and bitterly tells him that Sonam really needs him at this point. Nikhil tells him that he cant tell him what to do, and he doesnt even know Sonam, and has nothing to do with her. Aryan says that he must get out his denial stage, and snap to reality, as no one will believe him. Nikhil again tells Aryan to let him go.
Aryan grabs Nikhil by the collar and is about to say something, but Priya comes in the way and tells them to behave and be calm. Just then, Sonam is calling for rocky, and Priya and Aryan run in the room, and Nikhil leaves the waitingroom. (I swear, Priya pissed me off again! Because she basically said things that were common sense, and statements that you really don't want to hear at a time like this! She's SOOOO unsupportive. Evil demon.)
Aryan and Priya go in the room, and Sonam asks where Rocky is. Aryan tries to come near Sonam, but she pushes him away and asks him who he is. He tells her that he's Aryan, the one she loves. She stares at him blankly and asks him to leave him alone, and that she wants her Rocky. She tells Aryan and Priya that if they dont leave, Rocky will hurt them. (Rocky's gonna come and gettttt you! Eesh, how scary is this Rocky anyways? The name doesn't scare me though, it makes me laugh!)
Aryan is devestated to see that Sonam has forgotten him, and Priya tells him that after Sonam's enounter with Rocky, she has forgotten everything that had happened in her present and future. (This will really touch you, as you really feel for Aryan at this point. You actually see some emotion coming from him, for the first time! Very sad! 😭)
Sonam begins to scream, telling them to leave her alone and get her Rocky, when the docs come in and asks them to leave. Sonam tells the doc to find her Rocky. The doc puts Sonam to sleep.
Nikhil sees Anu leaning against the wall at the praying area. He tries to confront her but she tries to go away from him. He tells her that ignoring the problem will only make things worse. He tells her that he didnt do anything to Sonam. Anu tells him that he shouldn't lie, because those who blame others are actually the ones to blame. He tells Anu that Sonam was always after his money, even in the past when he knew her.
Anu tells Nikhil that she knows that Sonam is telling the truth, and she saw truth in Sonam's eyes. Nikhil asks her if he sees truth in his eyes. Anu tells him that she at first believed him, but after hearing what she says, she doesn't know what to believe. She sees pain in Sonam's eyes, and he's the cause of it.
Nikhil tells her that he did nothing wrong. That he's innocent. Just then they hear Sonam screaming Rocky, and Anu runs to Sonam's room.
Anu goes to Sonam's room and Sonam is saying Rocky's name and Anu goes to Sonam and Sonam tells her that she needs Rocky, and that she needs her child, and how Rocky will help her take care of her child.
She goes on claiming that she can't live without Rocky. Anu counsoles Sonam, and while this is happening, Nikhil is looking out from the window. And Anu sees him.

Comments: Ahh, good episode today! I did enjoy it, but not as much as I enjoyed last night's episode. Anyways, today Nikhil was in total denial, which makes me wonder if he's bi-polar. Seriously. He basically leaked out all of this interesting info before, and now all of the sudden he denies the whole thing. It's hard to depict whether or not Nikhil is guilty. But you know usually in serial, when everyone blames a character, they end up being innocent, but who knows! Anyways, today Sonam totally forgot about her present, and is back to her past where she's with Rocky. Also, it just so happens that Sonam had a child, whom she can't find. Hmmmmm! You guys will love Aryan in this episode, as you really felt for him. I felt sooo bad for him! Poor guy! Devestated that his love forgot him for his enemy! Eesh! Anyways great episode! Hopefully tomorrow's is better!

Actor/Actress of the Day: Sonam! She did a great job! Verrryyy convincing acting. Really will make you believe that she is in agony and pain and, well, psychotic!
