The episode begins with a welcome back party for Radha. The room is decorated beautifully and all the other nurses are waiting for Radha's arrival. They close the door and wait for Radha to enter. As the door opens, they pop the balloons, start clapping, and say "welcome Radha." But to their surprise, it's not Radha who entered, but Sajni. She looks disgusted with them. Everyone is shocked. Sajni says she's here only to take her things. Gauri and the others laugh as Sajni quickly packs her things from the locker into her backpack. Kekti is looking concerned. Kekti very stupidly (but cutely😆) asks Sajni when she's returning to work. Sajni yells at her to shut up. Gauri and others are looking on and laughing. Hearing Radha's arrival, the nurses quickly shut the door planning to surprise her for real now. Ketki and Sajni look on jealously. The balloons pop again, everyone is cheering, and this time it really is Radha😆 She is happy to see all this. The matron enters looking angry. Everyone quiets down. Without smiling, the matron says she's happy to see her favorite sister back again. She leaves, telling everyone to enjoy themselves. (Looks like the matron never smiles either😆)
At home, Aai enters Avinash's room and says "yeh kya sone ka waqt hai?!" She says there's no ration left at home and tells him since today is his payday, he should bring the ration on his way home. He quickly agrees as Meghna is looking on. As Aai is leaving, Meghna purposefully bumps into her and Aai chastises her to watch where she's walking. When Aai leaves, Meghna wakes Avi up and tells him there's no need to give anything to anyone. As soon as he comes home from work, he should give his paycheck right into Meghna's hands. Avi agrees. But he says he'll have to pay for the ration since there's no ration at home. Meghna tells him not to worry about that. She'll take care of it. She tells him to just give the entire paycheck straight to her. She quickly pulls him out of bed and tells him to get ready for work.
Back at the party, Radha's friends are all cheering for her while Sajni and Kekti watch angrily. Sajni slams the locker door shut loudly and everyone turns to look at her. As Sajni leaves the room, Radha follows her telling her to listen to her. Just then, the dean calls Radha's name. He walks up to her with that weird look in his eyes. Radha doesn't meet his eyes. He tells her it feels really good to have her back at work. Radha gives a false smile but doesn't really look at him still. Sajni and Kekti are watching this from a distance. He tells her to come meet him in his cabin after a while. He had something important to discuss with her. Saying that, he walks away.
After a while, Radha knocks on the dean's cabin door. He tells her to come in. She enters the cabin cautiously. He smiles at her and tells her this hospital needs a good nurse like her. He apologizes for the misunderstanding. Radha says it's okay. And then he tells her he really missed her. Without her, the hospital has been feeling very soona soona. As he is about to continue, Radha interrupts and says she has to get back to work. She tries to leave, but he blocks her path. Radha walks around him and leaves his cabin as he watches with that disgusting look in his eyes😡
Sajni comes in angrily yelling at the dean. She says she saw Radha leaving the cabin. She screams that he's been avoiding her these past few days and paying more attention to Radha. And she says because of this, he's kicked her out of the hospital. He tries to calm her down and that nothing like this is happening. He tells her he still likes her as much as he liked her in the beginning. And he feels bad about firing her, but he was obligated to do that. He pacifies her saying he booked an entire hotel. He says let's go on a candlelight dinner. She sarcastically thanks him for the offer but she already has a prior commitment which she can't cancel. He asks her who she's going with. And she says "Mr. Dean ki patni!" He nods and then realizes what she's just said.🤣 (omg he's married?!😡) Saying that, she quickly leaves the room and the dean is left worried. He quickly calls his wife and tells her he's coming home early and that they should go out for a candlelight dinner. She says she already said she'll meet a friend. But he tries to convince her to go to dinner with him. She finally agrees. The dean sighs in relief.
At Mohit's house, his aai is setting the dinner table. Mohit runs through the front door calling "Aai!" He runs up to her and tells her he is very happy today. Radha has got her job back and he was the first one she told the good news to.😳 Aai says but Jaya (Radha's aai) is not happy at hearing the news. Radha's aai doesn't even care that Radha got her job back. Mohit looks disappointed. Mohit's mom continues saying RAdha started working at such a young age. She used to work in the day and study at night. The entire responsibility of the family fell on her shoulders. Mohit says from their childhood till now, he's never seen Radha smile for herself. She always used to find her happiness in everyone else's. Mohit's aai says but Radha's family never cared about her happiness. They never asked her if SHE wanted anything. She says it's time for Radha to make her own family. Mohit says he will definitely make this dream come true. He'll give Radha all the happiness that her family wasn't capable of giving her.
At RAdha's house, Ankita is pacing. Aai tells her to be patient and sit down. Ankita says she can't be patient. Today's the day Avi will get his first paycheck. She's thinking of all the things she'll buy with that money. Yash says what about his dreams. He's wanted a discman for many months now. He says he'll ask for money too. Aai says this all comes after the ration. For the first time, ration will come on time (?). The door bell rings. Yash and Ankita rush to teh door and open it. As soon as Avi enters, Ankita starts reading her list of things she wants. So does Yash. Avi is overwhelmed. Aai tells them to give him some room. She notices his empty hands and says she told him to bring the ration. Where is it? Avi tries to cover up but Aai tells him to rest. She tells him to give the money to her and she'll bring the ration herself. Avi is shocked and scared. He removes money out of his pocket. Yash asks him if he gets his pay in cash too, like Radha. Avi says no..just this one time they gave him cash. From next time, he'll get paid by check. As he's about to hand the money to Aai, MEghna steps in and grabs the money. Aai is shocked. Meghna looks at the money and says before coming up with the lists of ration, clothes and discman, they should have realized that the money is not for those things. This money is for the needs of her baby. She needs to save the money from now itself so that she'll have enough when the baby is born. Meghna says now she'll decide how this money is spent.
