You know what I realized after I saw this story in "my posts" today! I didn't comment on your writing...

So here it goes the sort of bad and good:

Bad - Personal experience, but from my father (not a boyfriend or anything) I have been in Zoya's shoes and I didn't like the ending. I wish in end (like if you added a scene or a prologue) Asad had decided to take one night of the week for family/Zoya time. My dad has missed my graduations (elementary 5th , middle 8th and high school 12th) all because he had a business to run in Saudi Arabia. I know he did it for me and to give me everything I have now and I am living a blessed life, but in those moments you feel really bad. Logic and reason escapes you and the person that is doing the neglecting (as justified as it is) should make a step to rectify it. My dad has never even acknowledged my feelings towards it, he thinks just because he brought me gifts (a month later when he came back to Toronto) I will be happy. Asad shouldn't be such a workaholic because like you said in your story "what's the use of all this fame and money when we can't even sit and share a meal together."

Good - You did capture them accurately. This is what AsYa married life would look like. This could be a potential problem for them versus something like adultery which would be absurd considering their characterization.
