I'm not sad to say that RK's emotions, desperation, fear, etc leave me cold and unaffected. Its too little, too late. I no longer respect him and when I dont respect him how can I feel empathy or sympathy or him. Its a bit of tough love, but he made his choices and now he must learn to live with the repercussions and consequences. RK is too immature, all his life people have given him a break, forgiven him, condoned his actions, supported him and stroked his ego.

Its time for him to grown up, be a man and take responsibility for his actions. So what if Maya kissed him. Maya is not married. No matter what the circumstances or situation, RK should never have forgotten he was married. I blame him more so than Maya. Because Maya didnt take wedding vows and make promises of faithfulness. He has belittled Madhu's insecurities, allowed her to make him her sun, basked in the warmth of her love and happily taken her for granted. He is neither worthy or deserving of her love. Maybe if he can somehow redeem the pathetic, untrustworthy, disgraceful character he has become, there might be some hope for him and Madhu.

I'm so curious as to who is at the door. I'm guessing either his parents or Trishna. I am so hoping that Madhu has left for the US again. It will give her time to re-group and a little distance may heal the pain. I'm so waiting for the day Madhu tells RK that their love story was never meant to be, that him and Maya should be together. His suffering will make me feel better, even if it doesnt make Madhu feel any better lol.

Your story and writing is wonderful Teekay! Please dont change your story according to the reviews. Write the story the way you see it and want it to be. Us readers review with such strong opinions because we feel so passionate and connected to the story. Cannot wait for the next chapter!!

Things happened quickly. Madhu rushed out before most people in the room even realized what was going on, so nobody saw where the lift went.

And as for Madhu, all I am going to say at this point is that she is not in the building any more. Rest for later 😛😛😛

LOL i don't hate him... I simply don't like him... If I want to see RK and Madhu get back together, it is only because Madhu deserves a happy life.

Actually, that is one aspect that Teekay can explore of how different Madhu is to her mother. Padmini hated her because she lost Balraj because of Madhu, and Madhu is the constant reminder of the man she lost.

Her baby will remind her of RK, and Madhu would love that baby ignoring the pain the baby and his father caused her. But yes I agree, the baby needs both the parents.

Superb story ,

I started reading this story , two days back , from prologue till chap 33, i havent been able to stop...Hats off to you, strong grip on the story, the flow and the indepth analysis of human psychology makes this ff, one of the best , i have read till now.

Waiting for more updates.
