Hola peeps..
Quite a painful epi, isnt it? No? Hmm.. then i guess i have a different eye to look at the episode.
We have seen our 4 main characters and prospective couples go through a spasm of pains, that are quite different from one another. Yet, they were hurt at the place where it hurts the most. HEARTS.

First coming to the character that just blew me away, PARTH.. Ankit Gupta, Take a bow! He did not act today as Parth.. No.. He LIVED as Parth today.. A lost boy trapped in a bruised body, whose wuthering depth of pain, angst, turmoil refuses to leave him. His past that both HUNTS and HAUNTS him in the most cruel way. Guys, i watch too many shows and follow right from a top show to downright ghatiya show just because understanding and analyzing characters became a hobby. Trust me, Parth is one of a kind character... No.. I'M NOT EXAGGERATING. I have never seen a character on Indian Television who made it from rags.. The pain of coming from streets, the anger of discrimination, the angst of insults, well we can never analyze it because we are not used to it. However i found one character whom i can relate Parth to, after a long search. He is Jamaal of Slumdog Millionaire. I'm sure everyone must have watched this wonderful movie. As Parth sits in the classroom with his ususal session of Tai Chi with candles and smokes, he wasnt really able to concentrate. The art's effect of calming and keeping him in control failed epic-ly. And he broke down. Parth, when broken, or angry, or in pain, never gives it to some other person to get rid of it. No. He doesnt really want some other person to suffer like he does. Instead he shouts, he yells, he screams his heart out that wrench anyone's heart who sees it. That is what exactly happened to Sanyukta. Parth and Sanyukta, today looked like soulmates across the sands of time. And when i say soulmates, i dont mean lovers. I hope you know the difference between them.

This world is indeed very cruel. Even if you make all the efforts to let go of your past, start a new life afresh, live a life of dignity even after facing a punishment of more weightage than crime, the world will not spare you with their orthodox mentality, pre-conceived notions and failed guts. This is a harsh reality. We coming from a well-protected and well-nourished families' can never comprehend what Parth has gone through, hence we choose to ignore him, since it is out of our capabilities and ideas. And i have seen many PASTS on Indian Television which says, this character is grey, this character is right now like this because of this so-and-so past. And believe me, all the pasts are meaningless. All.. They are shown just to show some past.Just for the SAKE OF IT. . But when the past of Parth Kashyap is revealed i felt, YES, THIS IS WHAT PAST MEANS, and what's great is that, Parth is not grey.. He should be more cold, more arrogant and more attitude-baaz isnt it? Hell no. He isnt. He only tries to accept, forget and move ahead. This what i like about second leads and side characters.. THEY ARE EXPERIMENTAL. Not conditioned to act in a particular way...

Coming to Vidushi... Heavens.. I never thought, i'd feel for this vindictive, vamp-ish, vixen-like girl.. But i did. Her sheer acceptance of mistake, atleast to herself made me think that she is not a satan's child. She has humanity left in her. And her only link to that humanity is Parth. She did not tell him the truth not because she is ashamed.. no.. she didnt tell the truth because she is afraid of losing that only link to humanity. Vidushi needs Parth. Period. But but but.. the pure soul Parth is, he can never forgive her in a snap of finger. When i say forgive, not for the plotting against him, Parth still doesnt know it. I'm speaking about the public degradation of his character by her. In my post day before "back-stabs of friends and thankless emotions" i said one thing. "The meaning and motive of friendship is lost once your suspicion wins over your faith" Isnt that exactly what Parth told her today.. Since he cant get rid of her chipkoo genes, he accepted her friendship, with "just friends" tag. He'll always be there for her at the point of caring, but never forgiving. His scars are too deep to heal for that.

And then we have Sanyukta.. A woman will be ready to take the physical harassment but she can never take a finger on her character. What happened to Sanyukta is indeed feel-worthy. That itchy septic of blame, when your accused for "trapping" a guy and "gaining attention" is really worth drowning in chullu-bhar-paani. There is no surprise if Sanyukta's eyes well up with tears on this. She is a woman of FLESH and BLOOD. And flesh and blood for a woman are her dignity and honour, they are like glass-houses. which she protects with her life And on those glass-houses, Mr.Shekhawat, the bewda baap of MCP threw a stone cracking it. How insulting she must have felt?

At last, we have Randhir.. For all those who have thought that he felt jealous on seeing SaRth hug.. Think again. Are you sure? Common Guys, dont we know how Randhir looks in jealousy. We have done Ph.D on his expressions. See, randhir was NOT jealous seeing SaRth hug.. He was in PAIN. Yes, because he felt the NEED of someone in his life for the first time. Parth has Sanyukta, but who is there for him? Randhir SIngh Shekhawat needs a woman in his life. Why woman? Why not a brother? Well because, men protect and women nurture. That is the rule of nature. How many ages we forward, this basic theory remains unchanged. Hence they both need other. And that is how this world works. So Randhir needs a woman, capable of warmth, care and affection. That woman can be anyone, a mother, a sister, a friend, a lover. Since he doesnt have any, an enemy hi sahi.. Afterall Randhir doesnt know any other woman as close as Sanyukta. So RANDHIR NEEDS SANYUKTA. He taunts her, mocks her, hurts her only because he doesnt want to let go of her in any case, he doesnt want to let go of that little hope that is clinging to him in any case. Sanyukta said "even if you are the last person on this galaxy, i'd prefer being single than bestow my love on you" She is right. Because though Randhir realizes that he needs her, but he doesnt want to put any effort himself. Parth too needs Sanyukta, and she chose to help him and not Randhir only because Parth is helping himself too and his scars are deeper, older and scarier.. Even God helps those who help themselves, Sanyukta is a human. Bewda Baap is a huge eclipse on Randhir, unless he moves out of his shadow, his influence, he will not be able to reach Sanyukta. Even Sanyukta cannot see eclipsed Randhir. Unlike other love-stories there are no obstacles in SanDhir's story. There is only this eclipse on moon due to which moon though he can see venus cannot reach her and venus cannot see the moon at all.

You won't believe it but just seconds before I sent a scrap to Ipti about how much I wish that you would write an analysis for today's episode and while while waiting for her reply...I refreshed the S H forum page and VOILA...
There it was...
Gosh how I wish that I would've asked for better marks in Eco but then again your posts are a good substitute of it...
In my scrap to Iptisha I wrote that you would give the episode, a whole new look and that's exactly what you did...once again..
Hats off...
Coming to today's episode...a fantastic epi...
Oh and yes...pain...Four different forms of it...
Each different from the other but none the less-each is heart wrenching...
Today Ankit did a phenomenal job..
That scene was just perfect...
He did it with just the right amount of emotions and intensity...
With just the right amount of frustration and the exhaustion...
He changed but no matter what he is reminded of his roots time and again...
His past "haunts and hunts" him...
His scenario is no matter how much he changes, how much he tries, how much he fights it but he still is------a CRIMINAL in this world's eyes..
We as a society, endorse change, prescribe change but never accept it...
We judge people, label them and if they fight back or try and change it--we name them rebels..

I have recently developed a soft corner for Vidushi...
The girl is for the first time guilty for her deed and she cannot even let it..
Not only would she lose Parth forever and her one last chance at humanity..
But she would also be termed as a CRIMINAL---a thief, the girl whole stole opportunities from the hand of Fate itself would be termed as a real thief now...
The one that gives you a criminal record and some sweet time behind the bars..
And this guilt and pain is eating her alive-she can't admit to it out loud nor can she can live with it..
She did this to the person she loves and that frightens me...
Pain and rejection makes people do crazy things but still...
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned-----true indeed...

Don't have anything much to say...You said it all..
THANKS FOR THIS POST...

Lol!! Yeh kya ho gaya! Just 2 mins back Ady scraped me how desperately she wants you to analyse and here you are!!!...KBG mein kya pyaar hai!!...res!
---------------------unresed
I really don't want to make this long but if it turns out to be long please bare with it!!
The episode began with Parth Randhir and insecurities of RD! Then Parth, Oh my god!! the way Ankit enacted today, I had goosebumps. The flashbacks his childhood his pains his poverty his life his insecurities his grief his misery...the imprisonment the insult, one could actually live the life of those unfortunate who have been manipulated by the fortunate . The real story for hundreds of IITiens if we take the most relevant example! we come across news of the son of a auto puller or milk man getting into top notch colleges and we comment "he must have struggled" when we dilute the essence of the word struggle as we cannot even imagine the times they have gone through! I will share a true incident here, a little lad who was meant to beg on streets of the capital, bashed insulted and mocked everyday! he was part of those groups as shown in the movie...how he escaped the group and his acquaintances as he knew that they would bring doom to him soon! The escape was not easy but he had to. He worked at a dhaba and was ill treated and he kept searching for a place where he would be valued when finally his worth was understood by a NGO worker, which inspires me for working there too. The boy is of my age today and he after running for 8 years of his miserable life is scholarship student! he isnot brilliant but passionate and hard working and knows that this is his only chance! Parth is the same as he is and I realised that today after watching the episode 10 minutes back! I could somewhat relate to parth all this while but today it was impossible as I know how tough it is to connect to someone with a dreadful past! I saw millions of such kids malnourished and disadvantaged! it needs a lot of effort to stand for yourself and we can't imagine whate the person goes through to achieve it! My teacher told me today that critical analysis is when you relate reality with the context of a chapter and for me today SH episode was a chapter! Everybody said the captaincy stepping down episode was an epic but for me today it was beyond words! You know why I have my username as beyond words? People say that I want to define myself using that! Are they kidding me? Beyond words is when you are at loss of words in life! the times when you cannot decide what to say! there have been instances when a bubbly girl like me has been silent for hours. why? she came across the bitter truth of life! The life which seems simple but when you see the best people having a defeated past present or future your heart aches! Life and death is beyond words. This defines parth! we can never judge him because to judge him we have to think ourselves to be at his place! is that possible for any of us? Yesterday there was a poll regarding SARTH hug where maximum of us might not have voted as we care about love that sizzles and which is explosive! Before watching the episode I myself complained why sarth can't share that chemistry even if as friends? how wrong was I! I was questioning my morals? I questioned the friendship which most of us share! The serene friendship! The intensity of friendship was being discussed...but for me it was intensity of the unimaginable countless emotions of the poor soul and a friend who was trying to understand his pains! Still if anyone finds them thanda I feel sorry! The people who have gone through such friendship know the actual reason of the hug being the centre of attraction. I can write a miilion pages on Parth as for the first time he was MY HERO!! Thats because he was the mirror of the boy whom i consider as the biggest inspiration of my life!

Vidushi- There was once an OS posted shipping parth and Vidushi which was beautiful as I heard from others. It was brilliant, I feel as I couldnot read it completely! WHY? Because I could feel Vidushi! She is dark and I am dark sometimes too. Insecure vulnerable and weak who strengthens up with time and seems the vamp! Of corse I am not her, but we all someway or the other have traits of her! We strive in life to gain something when its important don't we! I was disgusted by her attitude since she entered but when i connected with her sometimes, my disgust would decrease! Today I could feel the pain! We end up doing terrible things in life, maybe not as terrible as this, but we do things which are unacceptable but to realise our mistake is what counts. She was wrong infact she is a criminal but if a bit of change is churned in her,the brighter shade peeps out which she has hidden as she fears the manipulative world and ends up messing things at the end of the day!

Aggarwal-- after a long time i connected to her tears! How do you feel when your character is questioned! A woman, considered as Saraswati as well as a characterless *kalank* in the same lifetime! This is what we go through? A woman when emerged from a girl has preliminary needs of respect and courtesy which society fails to deliver! Women are called feminist if they stand up for their grace and respect and I have said this millions of times and couldnot change my quote till today..."Feminism is when we distinguish between a woman and a doormat!" A woman will be ready to take the physical harassment but she can never take a finger on her character. How insulting she must have felt?... I cannot say so much in such few
words so I copy and paste your words! The women breed...why are they always questioned? Here I would add something out of subject!! Haven't we women considered ourselves weak and tended to gain empowerment on the basis of being women! We talk of equality yet we want reservations? Is that justice! Yet that is completely a fresh topic to be discussed some other time! but the girl needs to stand up for themselves fearlessly when their clean character is questioned! Mind you only if its without any blot!
Harshita, the tears the supressed anger , the self control, the agony...perfect!!

Randhir's dad is the culprit! I know I am again getting out of the topic but he is the one responsible for the boy's past! He himself confessed today defending himself by saying he protected his son!! A case of egoism overpowering affection family and life

My all time hero Randhir----Was he jealous? was he insecure? Did he realise love? All these are a big no for me! HE is scarred and proximity of sarth adds to his pain that parth has a supporter he doesnot!! randhir , a guy destined alone? The biggest question mark in life!! Everyone has someone, but how could people forget him? His pain deepens when the girl whom he needs the most supports someone else! The girl with whom if he fights he forgets his pains, it is magic! He is so engrossed with her taunting and mocking that he manages to ignore the past and live the present, a joyous present!! His eyes as always was a window to his heart, a bruised heart! As you quoted
Randhir SIngh Shekhawat needs a woman in his life. Why woman? Why not a brother? Well because, men protect and women nurture. That is the rule of nature. How many ages we forward, this basic theory remains unchanged..Perfect words!! He is isolated and wants someone needs someone. The hug was painful for him, why? he wanted to embrace and speak his heart out in a similar manner!! he deserves it, doesn't he!! Param no wonder is flawless, I donot know how many times me saying this would satisfy me!!

Tich! thank you ! this is want I could say! Rest you know don't you! I guess by now You know who is my inspiration in the forum!!

res
dont know about epi coz didnt watch it yet, but ur analysis is one hell of a writing.

unres

oh boy what an epi !!

Parth, he left me speechless. i really cringed and about to cry with him. the way he just broke down, shit shit, i swear i have never ever was so effected by any emotional scene of any show. that was intense, too intense. he had reached his breaking point i guess, the break down and letting go off all emotions will strengthen him further.

Vidushi, no i was not impressed by her. i agree she showing remorse for her deed, but she didnt go straight to parth and said "i did all these to you. i am sorry." did she? she just blabbered that she had also mistrust him like others. i seriously hope she go tomorrow to him and say her part.

Parth again, this guy is too good and innocent. i mean how easily he said "maine socha tha mere apne dost mujhpe trust karenge" why exactly he think he is frnds with all of them? Sanyukta his only genuine frnd, Vidushi is like a fangurl, a opportunist who just swing where her swaarth lies. others, no way. how can he think he is frnd with them all, coz they had supported him for becoming captain? they wanted parth not RD as leader coz RD was horrible leader, lets face it. he seriously need to see who is frnd and who's not.

Sanyukta, now i really liked her today. she comforted parth like a good frnd, then later genuinly tried to make him feel lighter. the sherni inside her blasted RD for his bewda baap's fault.

RD, he actually admitted he need Sanyukta, subconsciously hi sahi. i liked it, he just have to tame down his arrogance little and actually see her presence in his life. they both need each other, theu both push each other, they are like support and arch nemesis. i really feel RD's arrogance and ego is too big, if he tame down little Sanyukta will genuinely recognsie him as a good guy. when Sanyukta said if he is galaxy's last guy still she wont love him, he was disappointed i guess. and u are right, it was not jealousy seeing parth sanyukta together, or maybe little jealousy, most part of it was the feeling of emptiness, like a child who see smone else has that doll and feel he dont have it. here he is not a kid, he really need smone for his life. i will take that mechine throwing act as jealousy😆

Bewda baap😡😡 ok he is a beep beep beep😡 i now really think he was good for nothing in his life, and Renuka Sanyal had to go out to ear for her family, this is the cause she didnt give her time for RD, she didnt lust over money, she just wated a comfortable lifestyle for her family coz her hubby surely failed to give one😡 RD;s arrogance come from his baap, the way he was saying my beta is best, i mean every parents say that, but it didnt feel right. then he go and blasted Sanyukta, i really hoped she raised her voice and blasted back, atlst i would have done that🤢 he totally brainwashed RD from childhood about his Mom. i feel for RD, one day he will see his baap's real face and will break down just like Parth today broke down.

precap, i guess Sanyukta's father gave his entire property for dowry. i was really surprised when he defended her😲 whoa !

guess i covered up all parts, and hope u didnt sleep😆

Different people and different reaction but the root cause somewhats similar ..
Parth what to say he has controlled and done decent job there but then everything has a limit his broke too but he is one lucky guy to have a friend by his side ... he has worked hard for it and deserve having that friend in need of times like this ...

Sanyukta and Parth they share such a beautiful relation ... like you say soul mates in right sense and we all have that one person we lean for in our lives and these two have one another...

Vidushi I am mot sure what I can make of her time and again I have tried to understand her but she disappoints again n again ... tomorrow she will be back to square one ... I doubt parth would want to forgive her ... even if he did he aint forgetting it ...

Randhir I feel for him he has to parent his father when It should have been other way around ... so we know all the hate and MCPness comes from his father's up bring and hatred for his mother ... what sort of a man put all blame on the woman for what he is partner in crime ... turn to alcohol and let your kid grow up being bitter with destroyed childhood ...

Poor sanyukta needs character certificate from this father and son duo ...

He needs her and he also needs her but It is what she has to decide who she needs ...

awesome write up .. 👍🏼

*Speechless* *Spellbound*
U write the best analysis no doubt.
Res...ll unres a lil later
-------Unres-----------
I am sorry for unresing late Tich. Last night ko i poured my heart out but when i clicked update post, the stupid net went off. Anyway, Tich I am so grateful to you...
Parth...You worded every single thought of mine, regarding that guy. Today he didn't act. You're right, he didn't act, he FELT it. You applied the perfect word, he LIVED it. The way he acted today, he experienced the pain; I dont even wanna say he acted it, cause I know it was real. It was so very real. Yes you are absolutely right when you say Parth's character can be related to Jamaal. Absolutely. Parth was totally broken today. That poor guy, never showing his pain to others, and bottling it up inside him, trying to leave behind his past but is that really possible? Today he touched all our hearts. Our hearts ached for him, just like Sanyukta's did. You're absolutely correct when you say that they are soulmates. Not lovers, that isn't possible as Parth already said that he has already loved once and love only happens once. But they are soulmates, no doubt. The bond of friendship that they share, is so strong that they can feel each others pain. They understand each other, guide each other, need each other as i dont think there's anyone else who'd understand the two of them as well as they themselves do. Sanyukta felt the pain that Parth felt and that really touched my heart.
Sanyukta surprised me today, actually. For the past few weeks now we have been seeing Sanyukta behave extremely stupidly with Randhir, but today I finally saw her back from her ''nearly inhumane'' mode to human mode. Two things she did today, made my heart melt. First, the way she came running to help Parth. The way she consoled him, not pestering him to open up about his past but instead, promising him to never bring up the topic of his past again. The way she apologised to him, actually feeling guilty and hurt by his pain. The tears she shed because of Parth's tears and demenished state. Some of us may mistake those tears and the hug as love's influence but no, Im definitely against that. Parth and Sanyukta are close friends, soulmates. Sanyukta felt the pain that Parth felt and thats why she shed those tears. She caressed his face and wiped of his tears to soothe him, calm him down. Hats off for That. Secondly, Sanyukta, we all know is a strong woman. But today she took the word 'Strong' to a whole new level. Randhir's 'bewda baap'', as you correctly define him, didn't just spill mud on Sanyukta's character but questioned her motives towards her son, mistaking their relationship/equation to be soemthing that it wasn't. I really salute Sanyukta because if she wanted she could have shouted on Randhir's dad, spoken back, defended herself, shielded herself from the inexorable insults. But no, niether did she say anything nor did she let Parth speak a word. She held back her anger, her tears, while also holding back Parth. Some of you will think Sanyukta was damn wrong to have gone and shouted at Randhir like that. Yes somewhere, she might have been wrong, but soemwhere she was right as well. Randhir's dad had accused her of a crime that she hadn't committed. Accused her of actually manipulating Randhir and using him. Accused her of being ''that type of a girl''. Accused her of being another one of ''Those Girls'' who use the guy like a tissue and that trash them in the dustbin. Sanyukta's reactions today were commendable. She controlled her tears, her urge to defend herself, and kept mum, respecting the dad of someone, dad of her worst enemy. Yes she barged in on Randhir and blasted on him but she wasnt worng, atleast not completely wrong, was she? The bewda baap had really said some things which if said to me, I'd slap him or shout back at him never caring about the age. Thats exactly why she burst out on Randhir. And Randhir wasn't really helping was he? Instead of calling her manipulative, bevakoof and all such stuff, what'd have been lost if he'd just spoken softly and apologised maybe for his dad's behavior? Sanyukta really stayed in her limits today. Parth stole the show and our hearts today but Sanyukta is not further behind.
Randhir. Never. Never once did I think that he was jealous of Parth and Sanyukta. Neither during the Holi episode, nor during today's episode. Those of you who think he is jealous, think again. Today when that guy saw Parth and Sanyukta, he didn't feel jealous, he felt lonely and broken. No. Sanyukta is not the love of his life, atleast not yet. But she is after all, the only girl who's close to him even if as an enemy. They have cared for each other when in trouble and have helped each other to come up with perfect work. Today when he saw SaRth, I am sure most of us could feel what he felt. Randhir was upset because he knew that Sanyukta and Parth were close as extremely close friends and not as lovers. He wasn't jealous but he felt so alone in this big bad world, knowing that Parth was lucky to have a friend like Sanyukta and vice versa. But what about him? Who'd hold his head and caress it when he shed his tears? Who'd cry when he cried? Who'd apologise to him to make him feel better? Who'd hug him and make him forget about his wories? Who'd love him other than his drunk dad? Was there anyone else? No. And infact after today I doubt even his bewda baap's intentions. Ever since he said he's been keeping Randhir ''Away From Women'' and ''Protecting Him From His Mother'', I believe he's the reason for MCP version of Radhir, but well lets not go into that. Thats a whole new analysis xP
I left out Vidushi I suppose but no. Today she was equally appreciateld. I pity that girl. She's really alone. She doesn't have anyone, and finds a companion only in Parth. As you said, Parth is the only link to humanity, for her. She didn't confess not because she was ashamed but she was afraid, of losing a ''just friend'', of losing her link to humanity. That girl was guilty and for the first time she realized it. No, i still dont forgive her for what she did, but yes I do feel sorry for her. She's not really responsible for what she does. At times like these many of us are due to pick up traits like her. Parth was hurt, yes, when Vidushi suspected him and questioned his character but what I love most is, that when Vidushi apologised, Parth said ''Its okay'' but also added that ''my friends were with me''. He implied that his friends had faith on him. And I believe that all relationships, not just A lovers relationship, relies on trust. Trust or Faith is the strongest pillar holding up the monument of relationships. And Parth although accepting Vidushi's friendship, very clearly emphasized their equation as 'Just Friends'.
I feel I have rantered enough but before I leave, I salut you too. You word all our thoughts beautifully. Our thoughts, atleast ,My thoughts, are penned by you xP You give us all a whole new point of view and I dearly thank you for that.
Love,
Tanz

THANKS FOR THIS POST...

awww.. you dont know Ads how much i love long comments.. hehehe.. love you for this..

You have done a phenomenal work in expressing your views.. yes, if they fight back, people label them as rebels.. They are already outlaws and then this rebel, gunda tag.. It is indeed difficult for people like Parth.
The problem is the society, the thinking..
Vidushi's punishment is her guilt.. People want her truth to come out and suffer. But she is suffering enough. And Parth will never let her go behind the bars though she is the one who trapped him. He would never let anyone suffer like he did. Especially a girl. And that girl whom he called a "friend" once.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned - wow! truly pointed out. 👏👏👏
