Here's good news for our over-worked TV actors. Producer J D lets his actors go on a summer vacation every year!

Getting lucky: The cast of Baa Bahoo Aur Baby

J D Majithia, the producer of Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, is considered a darling by his actors and technicians. Reason? Ever since the producer-actor has started his production company, he has been allowing his actors to enjoy a 10-day summer vacation every year, so that the entire cast and crew can go on a vacation with their family and kids.

J D says, "In this industry one has to really work hard to make the two ends meet. But at the end of the day, spending time with your family is equally important. When I had launched Khichdi, I realised that I had been missing out on my family life. I used to miss my two daughters.

That's when I planned a vacation and told my entire unit well in advance so that they can also plan their vacation. This time around, I have told the whole unit of Baa Bahoo Aur Baby that they can go on a holiday from May 20 to 31."

J D, who has also built a gym for his cast and crew on the sets, at Swati Studios, says, "Recreation is very important for any person. There are times when actors do not have a single scene for hours together. Then the actors can workout in the gym if they want to."

Evidently here is one producer anyone in the industry will die to work with.
