I actually wouldn't be able to forgive Shlok as a viewer if he intentionally broke her trust a second time.

Actually, there r high chances he will,if nothing else but to prove to himself he is not weak,he still haven't forgiven aastha for anything n if aastha stays it will b on his terms but the thing is shlok is no NA n since begining he enjoys fighting with her n he won't physically abuse her too to break her spirit.

However, I can imagine NA manipulating Aastha into becoming Anjali's shadow and Shlok trying to counter his efforts to keep Aastha as the feisty girl full of spunk that he married.

i guess this point will come eventually

I think the only way Aastha would become a shell of her former self would be if NA does away with her parents. The trauma would make her mute. She'd be broken and then Shlok would have to revive her. Except, I don't want that to happen as I adore Aastha's parents.

same here, i like her family but what if shlok believe sthat aastha's parents will take her away from him? he might end up doing things to get them out off her family. Before HM,he was actually trying to do it. also u can imagine his reaction when he will hear abt karan,he might even blame aastha n think she is playing with him.
