@Ramadi is it necessary that Sooraj somehow needs to know Bhabo's karthooth everytime. He thinks of his mother as goddess and each new revealtion about her is bringing a change in him.

Yes she again sacrificed the dream. When Sooraj decided to shut his shop she was allowing him to do so if Bhabo doesnt ask her to do her patni dharam she would have allowed Sooraj to end his dream to save her sanskaars in front of Bhabo. She needed Bhabo to remind her on the patni dharam. And CVs were very clear on that point when they made Bhabo tell patni dharam that means at that point Sandhya was not behaving like a wife, she forgot the duty of wife.
