Shlok does care for Astha but Astha thinks she is also one of those girls/ human beings who Shlok cares for. He will not change his obnoxious behavior with her. It would have been nice if they showed the 5 month period over 2/3 month with good bonding between Astha-Shlok with some skeletons of the house out. agreed, but now lets see what they plan now
