Hi All,

I am a silent reader of this forum and like this show very much. I have also been a avid watcher and critic of Ekta shows. But sometimes she does depict reality. Like what she showed about Aditya and his hatred for his father.

That is very real and happens in real life as well. I know cases where parents use the children as pawns in their divorce battle and make it so ugly similar to what Shagun has done. I have seen this happening where one parent for his/her own selfish interests poisons the child against the other parent and brings him/her up with hatred simply to hurt the other partner or for revenge.

Aditya has been poisoned by his mother. Even his demand for luxury is fueled by his mother and there are such mothers who use the kids to put pressure on their husbands to gain more luxury and higher standards of life. This also is very real and does happen.

I also liked the way that judge gave her verdict, she was so very correct that children are human beings and they should not be used for their personal gain.

And am glad they are showing it through Raman and Ishita where they are not poisoning Ruhi against Shagun, but allowed Ruhi to chose from her heart. I always feel or felt that divorce need not be ugly always, and children especially should not be made innocent pawns in this.

So kudos for showing this ugly side also.

PS: Everyone is welcome to disagree with me and this is just my POV.

yeah it's true.

It's sad that women like these exist and being mothers they don't really think about their children or what being just is all about. Right and wrong is forgotten in their chase behind the materialistic world.

Children are affected in this divorce game and sometimes their priorities or likes are ignored. In this show they also focus on who the child would exactly want to be with rather than coming up with logical explanations like having to be with the mother and all..

I agree with you too. But I am surprised that when the judge mentioned that Raman is an abuser, and custody of Aditya is only handled, but is Ruhi is left with Raman and is brought up only because Shagun asks for custody 5 years later. 😲

Its so good to see you here. And I agree that Aditya has been made so shrewd bcoz of his mom and her so called bf. Aditya has a long way to go till he realizes the difference between right and wrong. He will be the tough one to win over because time and again he will be brain washed by his mother's antics. It will be a true war between love and blood.

women like that do exist i have seen one a lady who is married to a guy who is improper in dressing sense and average looking coming to abroad she gets friendly with apartment sharing friend of hubby that person gets more friendly and she fell in love with that guy divorced the hubby and married that guy ruining the ex hubby life .

so such ladies do exist in society its not that only men are cheaters few ladies do cheat.

but with kids its to painful kids will suffer the most .

yhm is near to reality.

Nice post and yes its nice to see an Ekta Maiya show depicting some realism. I like the show not only for the chemistry between the actors and the brilliant acting but the focus being on Ruhi...I want to see a lovestory develop between IshRa like everyone else but am actually like the slow pace .. I want the focus to remain on Ruhi and not solely on IshRa falling in love sepparation etc as shown in other Ekta Shows. Although I know its futile I do hope she tries to keep the ugliness of second marriages, affairs rushed drunken consumations etc from the show and depicts a proper love story betwwen IshRa and tbetween IshRa and Ruhi!!!

Although I didn't like Aditya initially I hope as a future track they show his redemption instead of him being used as a pawn against Raman and Ishita...I know that is what will initially be shown but do hope IshRa bring him around and away from Ashok and Shagun's influence!!

Agree with u dear suppy...

see i undd at times infact most of the times what maiyya shws is illogicla and impratical...

but thn she is smrt she knws the pulse of audience...and no wonder all channels have their shws with ekta..

and we agree or not all her shws are trp topper...

True! Ekta does depict reality. But it is interspersed with many unrealistic situations. This show has brilliant actors who make even fake incidents seem real at times. Coming to Aditya, I just wish the judge in his case acted like the one dealing Ruhi's case. Some more investigation into the abuse incident wouldn't have hurt.
