finally watchd Hasee Toh Phasee :D just Lovd d movie..sumthng was thr who Touchd me. honestly i was goin to watch it only 4 Sid..n was watchng automaticly only him througout d movie :P <3 he was just Brilliant..he playd Nikhil's charcter widout any flaws. as much i heard n read review abt his Performance..he was much better thn that. Sid n Pari lukd natural n thr Chemistry was such worth to watch. loved Ada too..she did nice job n wid Sid she lukd B'ful..first meeting scene was Cute. all supportive Actors did Great job! it was such a Lovely,clean Family film. evry1 should watch it once..it actually so diffrnt frm regular Rom-Com.

I raelized i didnt post my review here after watching HTP,...guess its too late now 😆...But I wanna mention my most fav scenes of Sid in HTP

the scene where Karisma scolds him and shouts at him for asking money from her dad...I loved Nikhils reaction there...the dismay in his eyes ..Sid emoted so well there..he was crest fallen..eyes became mosit,.,,still he tried to fight back,explain his stance and plead with her

The scene where Nikhil makes Meeta understand why she is taking pills and how wrong is her approach...liked Sid's dialogue delivery there

ofcourse everyone favourite scene where Nikhil hugs Meeta after she is all embarassed for doing that...I love the concern,affection and warmth shown by Nikhil there...that hug was much more beautiful than the last kiss...Very well performed by Sid and Parineeti

The climax scene...Nikhil while taking the pheras and when Adah talks to him abt break ups...the tender emotions were very well portrayed by Sid...subtle yet impactful

Parineeti's confronation scene with her dad was real good and so was her breakdown at airport

HTP defintely one of the romcoms with a soul after a looong time in BW...After BBB and EMAET this is one offering from Dharma that had more substance and less fluff

I loved the movie! I think the story is kinda new and really refreshing! Sid-Pari make a brand new and a very cute pair! Thumbs up!

Remarks

The film was sold to AA Films(Anil Thadani) on a commission basis and looking at the theatrical recovery, it looks to be a profitable film for everyone involved.
The trade has more expectations from the film as another made up in similar budget and having a similar star cast, Shuddh Desi Romance grossed much more than that (47 cr India 13 cr Overseas) in lesser number of screens (1000 screens) . The trade had expected Hasee Toh Phasee to touch the numbers SDR collected in its lifetime.
The producers have made good profit on the movie while the distributor has also made a decent chunk of profit.
Trade had expected it to touch 50 cr mark but the underperformance of the movie in the smaller cities made a dent in its lifetime
The prime share of the business came in from big cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Mangalore, Kolkata etc
The movie was a welcome relief for Ani Thadani and Karan Johar partnership as their previous aquisition Gori Tere Pyar Mein was a profitable film for Karan Johar but was a disaster for Anil Thadani.

semi hit is good since it faced a lot of competition from gunday... but it's still running in theatres...howcome the verdict already came
