Akshay Kumar visits the Mumbai theaters to greet the viewers with a, 'Namastey'.

Viewers at the 'Gaiety-Galaxy' theater at Bandra in Mumbai were sure having a blast while watching 'Namastey London' and just when the audiences were about to leave the theatre at the end of the movie, they were taken by surprise by Akshay Kumar which made the crowds go berserk.

Akshay wanted to personally see the audience's overwhelming response as the 'Namastey London' shows are running 'House Full'. The movie didn't receive a great start, courtesy India v/s Sri Lanka match which happened to be on the same day when the movie released but, now that the World Cup fever has died down quite a bit, the audiences are back to the theaters.

Akshay Kumar shared that 'Namastey London' was a true life story about his friend, who lives in London and when Akki narrated his friend's real life story to Vipul Shah, the duo decided to go ahead with the story for their movie.

Crowds cheered Akshay by yelling, 'Chak De Phatte' and many even shared their thoughts by expressing that the star should only act with Katrina as they share a great chemistry.

With no big releases in Bollywood until April, it's 'Namastey' success and 'Chak De' box-office all the way for our Akki.
