thanks for voting jia. shlok's manipulation of Aastha stopped on SR. now its just secrecy of his past and the question of why he did what he did/doing need to be answered. liked how they clarified everyone's stand. varad and sojal are incompatible. they both want different things from their partners and they are both not willing to meet mid-way and compromise.

i didn't expect any better acting from a junior artist so i didn't pay much attention to shlok's friend. i only saw shlok's face and his expressions.😛

Rekha, what I meant is I thought Shlok is a more shrewd, manipulative person from the past episodes ie., his interactions with his Dad, Abhay,Astha etc., After seeing today's epi I feel my judgement is wrong. He is after all an emotional person whose past haunts him and he used his smartness to trap Astha that's it..So, kind of disappointed at that. we have to see what CV's will show us.

shlok is shrewd, that's why he tied abhay's finances to his sister's well-being. but he is also an emotional person who is capable of bonding with people. he is more like anjali, not his baba's bacha at all.
