Rudra is right. As long as she detests Rudra, is terrified and terrorized by him, is disgusted by him, she will stay alive. Rudra will not fear her and she will not be endangered.
Things are pretty good as of now. I mean as good as one can expect between the captor and the captive. Its only when 'feelings' start seeping in that devastation will set in. Rudra has a definite point there - Paro's hatred for him will keep her alive and Rudra will be safe. After all... yahaan darr thappad se nahin, pyaar se jo lagtaa hai.
And are you happy, Manmohini? Both your 'match' and your 'catch' have entered into your life. Waise, tumhe Rudra pe kaun se waala emosan aata hai? Jo bhi hai, badaa hi multi-layered hai, auntyji!
That said, Rudra LOVES his mother . He maybe a misogynist today . He may punish Paro for his mother's deeds. But , all said and done, his love for his mother still rules. The only soft memories he thought of as soon as he crossed into the haweli were of his mother ...loving him, tending to him, pampering him...Phewww! Rudra's mother better have a BELIEVABLE explanation to give Rudra . Not as bad as the one Rudra gives Paro for turning her into an additional organ of his body.
P.S- Soap mein symbaalism na ho , to kaahe ka soap hai? ...Rudra carried Paro into the house in her bridal clothes. And its a tradition in many parts of India. To carry your bride in your arms when she comes to your home after marriage. Awww... Ye desi culture rocks , man.š
