July 25(Wed):

Dhanraj assures Ganapathy that he will unite him with Alamelu and tells Ganapathy not to leave town yet and goes home.

Alamelu talks to her mom and tells her that she doesn't want to marry the man of Ethiraj's choice. Her mother asks her why and is told about Ganapathy. Alamelu's mom gets worried because Ethiraj will never agree because Ganapathy is from a poor family. Alamelu tells her to somehow talk to Ethiraj and make him agree.

Dhanraj, his mom and SIL are all sitting at the dining when Ethiraj comes in. Ethiraj asks why they are all not ready to visit the mapillai's house. Dhanraj informs him they are not going and he has already sent someone to inform the mapillai's house about it. Ethiraj wants to know why and Dhanraj tells about Alamelu and Ganapathy. Ethiraj gets angry and tells he knew about it and that is why he had arranged this alliance. Everyone tells Ethiraj to think about Alamelu's life and that she might even take her life is forced to marry someone else. Ethriaj refuses and tells them that he will get her married to his choice. Alamelu who has been listening to all this from her room comes out and begs her brother to let her marry Ganapathy but Ethiraj does not change his mind.

Alamelu is very sad and her SIL tells her not to worry and to eat as she has not eaten at all that day. Alamelu takes some food and immediately feel nauseated and throws up. Her SIL gets worried and calls her MIL. Mother comes there and is shocked and talks to Alamelu and is more shocked to learn that she is pregnant! Her SIL doesn't believe Alamelu could do such a thing but after her MIL confirms they all get very scared about what Ethiraj might do when he gets to know about it. THODARUM.

SIL is capable of much more criminal activities. She is a
chip of that old block - yr hubby darling!!! If u had lived
to witness all her scheming atrocities just to stay close to Gannu darling, you would have died a few times!!!

I just want this dumb flashback to be over. It is disgusting! Totally unimportant. Okay, just a gist of what happened would have been enough but to go thru every minute detail, Urg!.

I wonder how long more we have to endure this flashback! I can't imagine how this serial is to end in a month when two weeks have passed with no sign of the end of the tunnel(So to speak). There is still the matter of how Gannapathy and Kalyani got married, how Alamelu became rukku and got into his house. Sneha's story, Janani/Giri/Babu saga and also the matter of Kalidas' wife.

I wonder if K. Gangga is just going to stop with all ends hanging and infuriate the viewers!

Yes Pat I was about to ask the same questions. For some reason Gans was forced to marry Kalyani - and Ruks walked in as the children's nanny. Did she live with them long before the children were born or after?

What is secret that they are not able to reveal it even after going thru so much of insults from the family?? All of them even addressed Rukku without any respect and yet both Ruks/Gans kept their mouths shut. They even went to the extend of breaking up Nirmal/Jeeva's marriage just to safe-guard their little secret.

I see Ehtiraj with two daughters.Did his wife give birth to twins?? Did she die after childbirth. due to Parimalam's curse? Is one of the girls' Rukku's daughter??? Kalyani must be the registered wife and Rukku went thru the normal traditional wedding....???

Ayo Sue! - my head is doing the 350degrees turn with all this questions.

I thought that Parimalam's curse would have killed Ethiraj's wife during the 1st childbirth! But when I see this Shallu/Mallu with so much age difference with Gopi(the eldest), I think Parimalam's curse did not work at all 😆 . So much for curses hurled at each other - not powerful at all! It needs something like those in Harry Porter or Lord of the Rings to actually work 😉

Thanks Pat. No matter how they try to justify it, Rukku and Gana will still come out stinking of muck, not smelling of roses.

As it is the Muhutram director is a confused man. He doesn't know what he is doing, and you guys are confusing yourselves over what have been and what could be!? Don't start analysing this serial. 😡 Waste of time.
