nothing happened much.
devi goes in paatti's room and picks up abt 10 discarded sarees and paati comes and grabs her by her hair and yells at her and asks her the true reason for being here.
rukku and RS wait and wait and everyone is late.
Nirmal comes and they watch him for any telltale signs of their secret life being known to him. nirmal's mom is also not there and rukku gets tensed. nirmal calls and tells them that mom is on her way and she is late..after teasing them by keeping a sogam face.
no sign of jeeva.
that is all i remember.
i was watching in betw cooking.

Jan 29 (Mon)

At Nirmal's house, Rukku, RS and Nirmal are anxiously waiting for Kalyani's return. Kalyani comes back and Nirmal questions her being late. Kalyani says she went for a function. Nirmal tells hismom to call and inform the if she was going to be late. Kalyani says it is normal for her to be late and why this concern all of a sudden. Rukku then asks if Jeeva called Kalyani at the office. Rukku tells Kalyani that jeeve went to Kalidas' house and is not back yet. Kalyani calls Kalidas' home and aparna tells her that Jeeva did not come there.

While they are talking Jeeva returns and tells that she went to Kalidas' home and as it was locked she went to her friends house. She continues to say that there was a problem in her friends house - spins a story about how her friend's father whom everyone thought was a nice and honest man was having an affair with his servant and that the family found out and there was an uproar and that they had to solve it and that was why she was late. To this Kalyani says that most men are like that but not her husband and leaves. When everyone leaves, Jeeva walks up to Rukku and RS and tells them to realize the trust the family has on them and not to betray them and leaves.

Jeeva is standing on the balcony and thinking when nirmal calls her for dinner. He tells her to forget about the incident in her friends house. He also tells her how sincere his father and Rukku are and how much Rukku cares for them. Jeeva silently vows to get rid of Rukku from the house.

At Ethiraj's house, Devi is cleaning the pooja vilakku (as it is Friday). She drops and breaks the vilakku and is upset. Ethiraj's DIL comes and asks what is wrong with Devi as she seems upset, she also askes Devi if she went to see paati and why she went there. Devi tells her that she went to collect laundry and relates the incident to her. DIL also asks Devi who she is and why she is here. Devi is totally upset and tells her that she was saved by Ethiraj and that she doesn't know who she is really. DIL is satisfied and apologizes for upsetting Devi.

Jeeva is at the temple and flashes of scenes (Rukku and Rajashekar) comes to her mind and she is disgusted. determined to do something about this she leaves for home.............THODARUM

Jan 30 (Tuesday)

Jeeva returns from temple and confronts Rukku. She asks Rukku for explanation. Rukku tells her she willnot answer any of the questions, only time will tell. Jeeva is not ready to accept this and probes further and Rukku refuses. Jeeva continues to say that she is ashames to have called rukku "Amma" and to have supported her when Sujatha insulted her. she says there must have been some truth in what Sujatha says and that from now on Jeeva will also make sure that the family will throw Rukku out. She goes on to say that if Rukku doesn't answer all her questions, she will let the whole family know about the assingam. rukku tells her to go ahead if she wants Kalyani to suffer and the whole family to separated. Saying this Rukku walks to the pooja room but Jeeva stops her saying Rukku is not fit to enter the pooja room and argues, Kalyani asks what is the noise all about and Rukku says nothing and walks away.

Vijay (Kaushik's son)is walking alone and finds goes to a bench at the roadside and falls asleep. Two men are shown walking towards him. They try to wake him up and when vijay doesn'e wake up, they kidnap him.

At Ethiraj's house, his righthand man comes and informs that a policeman wants to see him. The policeman tells Ethiraaj that some rich man's son had cheated his daughter and raped her and that now she is in the hospital. He wants Ethiraj to do something about this so that such incident doesn't happen again (This scene reminded me of Nayakan scene). Ethiraaj tells his men to beat up the guy the next day.

Two guys are on the bike and Ethiraj's men stop them. They let one of the guy go and the other one is beaten up. Devi who is on the way home sees this and is shocked. She tries to leave Ethiraj's home but is stopped by the DIL. Devi tells her DIL about the incident and says she feels threatened in the house. DIL tells her not to worry and that she will take care of Devi..............THORARUM

Jan 31 (Wed)

Continuation from yesterday. Ethiraj's DIL tells Devi to confront Ethiraj about the incident and Devi agrees.

Rukku and RS are talking (somewhere on the street). Rukku polumpufies that Jeeva is now against her. rukku is afraid that Jeeva might tell everyone about them and then there will be a boogambam in the family. she goes on to say the Jeeva is asking he to get out of the house everyday. RS says he will talk to Jeeva and try to make her understand and tells Rukku not to worry.

Sneha and Avayah are walking. Sneha tells Avayah to talk to Divakar to wait a little while longer for the money as she has none now. Avayah says that she cannot talk to her husband about this. Avayah goes onto say that it was Sneha who murdered and not them and it is not wrong to ask for a little money from Sneha. While they are walking, the doctor who took care of Durga sees them and stops Avayah. He asks her for her address. Both Sneha and Avayah are shocked. Avayah then gives the doctor a false address and introduces Sneha as Shanti. The doctors tells Avayah that he will goe to the police if the address she gave is wrong and that he will definitely put her behind bars. Both Avayah and Sneha leaves the place quickly.

Ethiraj is with his henchman (I think the name is Karupiah)and are discussing about the previous days incident. Some men come with an invitation to a school function. Ethiraj galdly accepts and they leave. The discussion between ethiraj and Karupiah continues and Devi come there.

Devi then relates the incident to Ethiraaj and asks him why heis keeping such a person with him. she also tells him that she wants to leave the house as she is afraid. Ethiraaj tells Devi that he is unaware of the incident and hits Karupiah and tells him not repeat again. He then tells Devi not to leave the house as he has the responsibility to take care of her and find her family for her. Devi leaves. Ethiraaj then apologizes to Karupiah. THODARUM.
