Episode 74

Radhas house , Radha is sitting hugging her son with one hand and holding the milk in the other and blowing the milk to drink. Then suddenly Radha tells her son that you have also not eaten anything since morning, so you drink some milk. Listening to this Sivaperumals mom is shocked. She forcefully slaps Radha's hand and Radha drops the milk. Now Radha is shocked , she gets up and asks her "Athai why did you Thatufy the milk" I understand now, you don't want me but you want my son. So what about all the lecture about you Thirundufied after you sons death, it is all a drama, how could I ever believe that you would change. Radhas says knowing this from this second myself or my son wont stay with you. Now Sivaperumals mom tells her grandson that you mother is the one who killed your father. Hearing this Radha screams and warns her mother inlaw that if you say one more word against me to my son, then you will have to face me, Naan manushiyave irukamaten. Saying this Radha drags her son and goes out, but that bajari mamiar , pushes Radha outside the house and locks her out and tells her grandson that from now on she will be her mother and father. The boy says that he wants to go with his mom and cries , but that bajari grandma locks him up in his room. Radha is crying outside. In Delhi ganesh's house marikozhunthu is waiting for mahi, who has gone to pick up his mama's daughter roshni. Roshini comes and Marikozhundu seeing her knows that Mahi is not interested in her anymore, so she tells Delhi ganesh that she has some work at home and goes.

Bharathis oldest sisters place, bharathi is visiting her, & her sister is crying so much, and Bharathi is consoling her . For this the older sister says, that look at Manjus husband, he went to jail killing sivaperumal, but my husband prevents me from even going to visit manju, Ellam en thalaiezhuthu. Bharathi says vendamkka don't cry. The older sister feels very bad about speaking ill of Manju. She also says that Kadhir is also a very good person , but we are so helpless. Bharathi seeing her elder sisters state of mind, does not tell her that Manju is the one who killed sivaperumal. Bharathi says we all understand your position so please kindly stop crying. Bharathi also says that our parents brought us up with so much love, so we will always be united & we all understand your position perfectly. The elder sister says wow bharathi you have become so matured in your thoughts. She also says please listen to manju and help her. Bharathi says ok and takes leave. IN the meantime at delhi ganesh's house Roshini is applying makeup and marikozhunthu is watching. Roshini sees marikozhunthu and asks her to come in, Marikozhunthu asks if we put makeup will we become beautiful, Roshini says yes, and asks her to come and try, but MK refuses. But Roshini's athai calls her, so she leaves, and marikozhunthu tries some of the makeup.

Sivaperumals house, the grandmother goes inside the room where the grandson is sleeping, turns of the light and goes to sleep. AT that time someone knocks the door and calls amma amma, so the grandma goes to open the door, half heartedly. Grandma asks who is it before opening the door, she says, that Im the next door neighbor janaki, my son is very sick please kindly give me some stomach pain medicine. The grand ma goes in to bring the medicine, at this time, the neighbor signals for Radha to come in and Radha goes inside the house and hides in the closet, meanwhile grandma brings an ointment for vaithuvali, and gives it to the neighbor and asks her why r u sweating so much is the Vaithuvali for you or your son. She says it is for my son and takes the medicine. Then the neighbor leaves, and the grandma locks the door and goes and sleeps, Radha slowly comes out of the closet the screen freezes on RAdhas scared and anxious face.

Episode 75

Sivaperumals bedroom, Radha is trying to come out of hiding from her closet. She is perspiring and waiting for an opportune moment to come out, and she is watching sivaperumals mom who is fast asleep. When she tries to come out sivaperumals mom moves, so she hides right back. Then slowly she goes and wakes up her son, and they both open the door quietly and try to move. Just when they are about to leave sivaperumals mom comes and says that I know something like this will happen, so I stayed awake. She asks radha aren't you ashamed that you are kidnapping your son in the middle of the night. AT this Radha gets very wild and says ENNADI SONNEY, solu, Im kidnapping my son, saying this she lifts a big vessel and hits it on her head, sivaperumals mom falls down screaming, Radha & her son run outside.

Manju tells Bharathi that she wants to proceed with Bharathi's wedding. Bharathi says that lets us not think about my marriage. Let us first heal from our moms death. Janani says, what are you talking bharathi we have to proceed with this wedding. Bharathi says that you don't know manju, before amma passed away she insulted kadhir's parents and threw away the muhurtha pattu podawai, that is why they never came to our moms death and neither did they let kadhir come over. Manju says but we somehow have to proceed with your wedding as Im not sure how long I can keep it a secret about the fact that I killed sivaperumal. Janani says we have to make sure that this wedding happens, as only that will satisfy ammas atham. Bharathi says don't ever mention it. She also says that I spoke to Tanya akka and she believes that you though are younger to me will be able to take care of us like an older sister. As you know Tanya akka is stuck with that mamas control and she feels very bad that she cannot do much for us. Manju says we all know about her situation, so don't worry, anyway I will go to Kadhir's house and explain things to their parents, even if they insult me it is ok, I have to first speak to them. So Manju is proceeding to meet with Kadhir's parents.

Marikozhunthu is hiding her face behind the newspaper, walking towards Mahi's room. Roshini says show me ur face. She says no I will only show it to Athan. Delhi ganesh is waiting for coffee, Raoshini is calling delhiganesh and her husband to come and witness marikozhunthu waking Mahi. Roshi comes with mahis parents. Marikozhunthu asks him to see her. Seeing her face overly made up face, Mahi is almost about to fall out of the bed. Delhi ganesh says what happened and when he sees Marikozhunthu he runs and hides behind her. Marikozhunthu, says am I not beautiful. Delhi ganesh says what happened to my son, and mahi is sitting like a stone. Marikozhunthu walks down the stairs crying.

Manju enters Kadhir's house. Kadhirs mom & dad are talking. Manju says vanakkam athai. Kadhirs mom stands up but does not say anything. Kadhir goes near Manju and says Vanga. Manju says you are inviting me but your parents, Kadhir says amma, and then she asks Manju to sit. Kadhirs mom says that my son told me all about your husband killing Sivaperumal, we know sivaperumal deserved that. So do you need any help in getting your husband out. Manju says that she has not come for that but she has come to speak about kadhir & bharathis wedding. Kadhirs dad says that that will never happen, please leave. Manju says please hear me out and she narrates how sivaperumal was the cause of her fathers, mothers death, and how her mom came to know about this just hours before she died. Kadhirs parents are shocked. She continues to say how sivaperumal was trying to kill her and then also her kid in her stomach, that is when my husband came and killed him. Even my husband wants kadhirs & bharathis wedding to be performed. Manju says if my mom was alive she would have definitely come and apologized. But now I have come in my ammas sthanam. Please kindly reconsider. Kadhirs mom says to her purusan, we also have daughters please kindly accept this alliance, as we know now that none of this is devayani ammas fault. Marikozhunthu, is watching her parrots , her mom calls for her, but she does not pay attention. Then her mom says why are you sad and crying. Marikozhunthu is very sad, she says amma am I beautiful, what is the point in me having a beautiful manasu, even athan does not like me. I always thought what and all mahi athan likes, but never thought about if he likes me, but now I found out that Mahi Athan does not like me, screen freezes on her face

Manju's house, Janani is pacing up and down, while bharathi is sitting. Bharathi asks her not to get too stressed and stop pacing up & down. Janani says how can I, I don't know what kadhirs mom and dad would have told manju, what if they did not agree to your wedding. Manju walks in at this moment and says that there is no need to worry any more as Kadhirs parents have agreed to the wedding. Janani says really, Manju says yes, first they were not giving in and were stubborn, but as I slowly started explaining things about our family and sivaperumal, they understood it is not our fault, & agreed to the wedding. Bharathi is very quiet. Janani says why bharathi you are so quiet. Manju says why what is bothering you. Bharathi says nothing I just feel if amma was here and my wedding took place it would have been better. Manju says also kadhir wants to meet with you and talk to you he has asked you to come to the temple. Bharathi says there is no need for meeting they have met enough times. Janani says what is wrong with u just go and meet with kadhir mama, I know u also want to meet him. Janani says come I have to dress u up decently, see all the things I have to do for you. They go in.

IN the meantime Kadhirs periappas house, sivaperumals mom comes and tells shaktivel(periappa) about how manju has gone and finalized the wedding. Periappa is very angry & is wondering how my brothers family accepted to this. Sivaperumals mom says that when my son was alive you guys planned a lot, I want to some how stop this wedding, even at the cost of my life. She also says that my daughter inlaw took my grandson and ran away. Periappa says you cannot stop your marumagal and u think you will stop the wedding, leave the wedding sabotage to me & you go find your marumagal.

Delhiganesh's house, mahi is leaving out with roshini. Marikozhunthu says I don't want to go cause im sick. Poor thing she is so sad. Mahi immediately says if you are sick then stay and take care , saying this he leaves with roshini. Delhi ganesh says I cannot take the way my son is treating you , how do you take it. Marikozhunthu says, I know my position fully well, so please marry roshini with athan, saying this and cryng she goes out.

Bharathi is going ot meet kadhir, when sivaperumals periappa is watching her from inside his car. When she gets close, he suddenly opens the car and blocks her way. Bharathi gets so angry and says how come u stop me in the middle of the road like a rowdy and speak to me like this. Periappa asks where are you coming from. Bharathi says it is none of your business, he says it is my business because u r going to become my daughter inlaw. Bharathi asks him not to speak crap. Periappa says I will speak as im the only eye witness to manju killing sivaperumal, if I don't have to speak then you have to marry my son, if you don't agree then manju will have to go to jail , instead of kalidas. Bharathi begs, him and says I only love kadhir so please I cannot marry you rson. Periappa says that I have to be one step above my brother sivasu, so you better marry my son. Bharathis eyes awesome expressions

At home bharathi is stiting near the dinning table and she sees the face of a tiger and she sees periappas face. Bharathi is also dreamikng of that ugly periappa threatening her, bharathi cannot sleep, she gets up goes upstairs and is taking a bottle of water and a lot of sleeping tablets and looking at the tablets.

Very Brief Update

Bharathi, is writing the Letter K(for kadhir) with the sleeping tablets she has, looks at it and then slowly takes all of them and gulps it down with water. Her head starts to spin slowly and steadly and she starts gettting very restless, in the meantime Janani wakes up and notices that Bharathi is not in bed, after waiting for a few minutes she decides to go look for Bharathi, she looks in every room and she is a little slow as she is still very sleepy. Bharathi is in the terrace and she seems to be getting more giddy, and choking, then janani finaly comes to the terrace and sees the door open so she turns on the light, at the same time Bharathi falls down unconcious. Without realising what has happened Janani says EEYE Bharathi ENNA INGA VANTHU THUNGURA, come lets us go down, bharathi does not respond, janani dozes of for a few sec resting onteh terrace kadhavu, then she wakes up & asks bharathi to get up since she does not respond she try to shake her to wake up and then realises that bharathi is unconcious and sees the medicnine bottle, the next scene, they show Janani & manju rushing next to the stretcher that Bharathi is in and being taken into ICU.

Manju & janani wait outside, and then the doctor comes out and says, everything is ok now, u can go and see your sister, but please talk to her and find out why she took such a decision, when her wedding is fixed. Manju and Janani go inside, and see Bharathi, Bharathi is weak, but does not say anything.

In Mahis house mahi tells him mom that he does not want to marry marikozhuntu, but wants to marry roshini, and he says his mom has to speak to his dad and make his dad samathichufy for this alliance. His mom is shocked & says what will poor marikozhunthu do, they show a thalayatti bomai, not sure of its significance.

Janani calls kadhir and asks him what did he tell his sister. Kadhir says nothing happend she was all happy and we were talking about our future. Janani says poi, dont lie after she came to see you , she took sleeping tablets and is in icu. Kadhir is shocked he says what which hospital. Janani says i wont tell you, you please forget my sister, my sister is more important to me please leave her alone, Kadhir pleads with her and says he has to see bharathi, and nothing happend. Janani is little moved so she tells the name of the hospital but asks kadhir not tocome.

kadhir shows up at the hospital, and sees bharathi. seeing kadhir bharathi turns her face, kadhir does not understand why she is doing this, he says what did i do, we were talking very nicely and making plans for our future tell me what happened. Bharathi tells "Manju ask him to leave" Everyone is shocked, manju & janani put their heads down, kadhir is in tears, he says ok bharathi i will leave , but remember one thing without u im nothing, i cannotlive with any one else in this birth. saying this he leaves, the minute he leaves Bharathi is crying, and manju & janani are confused.

Shakthivels sons comes and tells his dad about bharathi trying to commit suicide, shaktivel says if she dies, then everything will become mannoda mannu, but if she comes alive then she will only marry his son. His son gets furios do what ever you please get me married to someone who is engaged to another, or someone who tries to commit sucide, ennavo pannunga, saying this he is so frustrated and leaves, Shaktivel says, whatever happens Bharathi should comes as my marumagl if she is alive, and I have to win my bet, screen freezes on his face

Brief Update

Delhi ganesh's house Marikozhunthu finds out that Mahi is wanting to marry Roshini, though she expected it, she is still shocked and extremely sad, so are Delhi Ganesh & his wife. But seeing Marikozhunthu with Mahi, Roshini for some insane reason get jealous and says unspeakable things to Marikozhunthu, like ENNADI PONDATIYA IRUKA MUDIYATHUNU, VAPATIYA VARA PAKARIYA. Hearing this Mahi gets very upset and says watch ur tongue & dont say such things, I only fell for you cause you are beautiful on the outside, but only now i see how beautiful Marikozhunthu is, eventhough marikozhunthu has only me on her mind she still wants to see me happy & put all her asai behind her, just becasue i wanted to marry you. But you are being so abusive. But you have done me a favor and now i have realised what is the worth of Marikozhunthu, so now i have decided not to marry you. Roshini is shocked so are the parents, roshini says mahi dont make any decision in haste otherwise u will be tied down to this Karikattai. Mahi gets very angry and says, i would rather be with marikozhunthu than you, since she has such a beautiful mind & pure heart. Roshini leaves in anger, marokozhunthu asks mahi not to take such a quick hasty decision. But mahi says he really likes her and did not realise this, & aks his dad to arrange for the wedding.

In kadhir house, kadhir parents are sitting, at which point his periappa sshakthivel calls sivasu, from the door way. Kadhirs father looks and finds that his brother has a plate full of fruits and is calling him. Shakthivel comes inside the house and says with so much attitude and pride that i have come to invite you and your family for my sons engagement /wedding at the temple since it is such a short notice i could not print pathrikai. Ask who the girl is it is BHarathi, who was fixed for kadhir. AT this kadhir & his family are shocked. Shakthivel leaves, and kadhirs father throws the plate of fruits and goes away, kadhirs moms tells kadhir that you told me that you both are living manasigama, lucky we did not get married to that girl she would have definiltey put us to shame and she has no character as she changes her mind. Delhi Ganesh is talking to Roshini in the car and thanking her for her peria manasu. He says I thank you from the bottom of the heart , for enacting such a big drama. I know you really love my son, but you also thought that it was not fair on Marikozhunthu, so you made up this entire thing about being so offensive to Marikozhunthu and Mahi, & brought them together, though you were born in mumbai, your heart still has our culture. One day everyone will come to know the truth that you did this drama to bring mahi & marikozhunthu together, so don't worry. Should I come drop you at the airport, asks delhi ganesh, roshini says it is ok , I will leave , and she leaves

Manju is visiting kalidas in the jail. Manju inquires about him. Manju tells him about how Bharathi is not agreeing to marry Kadhir, but wants to marry Shativels sons. Kalidas says I will not agree to this. If she marries shaktiVinayagam's son, her life will be spoiled. Manju says but if bharathi does not marry vinayagam, I will have to come to jail. Kalidas asks why. Manju says Shaktivel is an eyewitness to me killing sivaperumal & it is not just us who knew about this. Kalidas says no still this is wrong. Manju says don't mess your mind, this wedding has to happen, as like you said I don't want our child to be born in jail. Kalidas says manju, but manju leaves

Sivaperumals mom is walking angrily in the road looking at some one, who is walking in the opposite direction. She stops the other lady who is shaktivinayagam wife, and sivaperumals mom tells her NILLU, when your kariyam is all done you and your husband think that you can throw me in the road. Shaktivels wife says, whatever you want to talk go and talk to my husband, I don't have any necessity to talk to you. Sivaperumals mom gets angry and says I will not let this wedding between your son & bharathi take place. For this Shaktivels wife says who are you to interfere in our family business, mind your business and go. For this sivaperumals ammas says OH so things have gone this far, I thought since you are a lady, you will understand, but you all think that there is no one behind me to back me up, im warning you all one last time, your husband thinks that im like karivepilai, but I will show my true colors if you proceed with this wedding. Shakthivinayagam's son sees manju on the way and stops and thanks her and appreciates her for going forward with Bharathis wedding. And says that she can ask him for any help and he will do it . At this time kadhir comes in his bike and stops seeing manju. He gets of his bike to speak to manju, so shaktivinayagams son who is ready to leave stops and tells manju to finish her work and he will stay, manju says it is ok he can go. Once he leaves, kadhir comes and asks manju angrily as to what is happening, Manjus says kadhir and he says oh so you even remember his my name, he tells so all that you all wanted to do was to change the Mappilai, what will you answer to my parents. Manju says we want our sister bharathi alive so we will have to go through with this marriage. Kadhir says how come someone who said the minute she saw me she decided only I will be her husband has changed so much, manju says somethings are like this, they don't happen the way we want them to happen.; You are an educated person, you know about this world, don't waste your time thinking about kadhal kathrikai. Don't think about the past & waste your life, you should have the mindset to accept everything. This coming Friday is bharathis wedding, if you really love bharathi, then pray that the wedding should take place smoothly.

Shakthivinayagams wife comes home in a hurry, shakthivinayagam is wondering why. Shakthivinayagams wife asks him to stop the wedding, she narrates about her chance meeting with sivaperumals wife. Shakthivinayagam says that at any cost this wedding will happen. I have seen so many women like her. But his wife says please go and see that lady and pacify her. Shakthivinayagam says, do u want me to go and mariyathai pannufy that pombalai, and say RA RA RA RA, no I will not do that, but im going to her house & see what I do to her. Manju is talking to the pundit, who tells him that one other poojari will come and perform the wedding very well. When Manju is walking away from the poojari's house Kadhir's friend Angayarkanni, comes in a scooter and stops Manju. She says what am I hearing, Manju says actually I was going to come and invite you for Bharathis wedding. Angarkanni says thenarasu told about bharathis wedding to velu instead of kadhir. Angarkanni says, you got me to promise that till kadhir and bharathi are married, that I should not meet kadhir. After the incidence when my daughter went missing till todate I have not met kadhir , neither has he attempted to meet me, so we can honor our promises. But how come your sister bharathi is changing her mind. Manju says we have asked her so many times , but she says she wont marry kadhir , so we decided to get her married to velu. Akanni says what fault have you guys found in kadhir, that suddenly you all decided to drop him and get bharathi married to shaktivinayagams son. Manju says it is bharathis wish. Akani says, you keep saying bharathis wish, so first she wished to marry kadhir, next she wishes to marry someone else, then before her wedding she will want to marry another person. Manju says what can we do she suddenly took sleeping tablets & if we hadn't have found her then bharathi would have been dead by now. Akanni says, don't give us this excuse, what u guys are doing to KADHIR is PACHA DROGAm. Don't you think Kadhir wont commit suicide because of this. Manju says no this wont happen, cause I already spoke to kadhir yesterday. & made him understand. Akanni says then why cant you say the same thing and make bharathi understand. Shakthi vinayagam is waiting in his car to meet Sivaperumals mum, when he sees her coming towards the car, he asks the driver to start the car and go towards her in full gear, seeing the car approach her so fast, she starts running in the other direction, since the car is too fast, she slips and falls, the driver stops the car, and shakthivinayagam gets out &, warns her and says stay away from me and my family if you do anything silly then the cars brakes will fail and you wont have a life to live. Sivaperumals mother is crying so much, and then suddenly she wipes her tears and swears on sivaperumal that she will PAZHIVANGUFY shaktivinayagam

Manjus older sister comes, inside majus house and drags bharathi out saying how come u are marrying shakthivinayagam, son, and not kadhir, u better come with me saying this she drags bharathi to the door and janani is trying to say something running behind them. There at the entrance Manju is taking off her slippers, and the other 3 sisters freeze. Manju is happy to see her older sister and says only now you found the way to my house, see I have gone and bought clothes for the wedding. Manjus sister is very angry and says just because amma is not there you will do what u please. Just because u want shakthivinayagam's help is releasing your husband from jail you will sacrifice your sisters life. & you wont even tell me about it, so im not born with you guys so you guys are alienating me now. Manju just walks towards her room. Manju says I never expected you to speak like this as this is the first time you have come to my house. Bharathi says, you don't say anything manju, she tells her akka, when amma died when myself and janani were alone, you did not even invite us to come and live with you, manju did. So don't say that manju is pledging my life, Akka says so does that mean that we should spoil bharathis life. Akka gets very upset and says where there is no mariyathai for me, I wont stay, so she leaves, janani goes behind akka,bharathi stops her and asks her if she told akka that it was manju who killed sivaperumal and not kalidas mama. Janani says I never said anything, but told her that you are not marryingkadhir mama , but marrying velu. Bharathi is very angry and says at no cost will any of you interfere in my life, and whom I will get married, to saying this she goes inside. Manju & janani are in shock

Manju is all upset 😡 , she looks at kalidas's picture and cries.

Velu is going and speaking to his dad shakthivel. He says that he saw kadhir talking to manju. His father says don't let them speak to each other any more. Velu says don't worry dad nothing will happen in such a way that my wedding with bharathi would be stopped. Shaktivinayagam says that sivausvukke thani kanbichen, kadhira oodhiduven

Kadhir is going in his bike at that time, sivaperumals mom comes and stops him, kadhir is shocked. Velu happens to be in the next building and seeing these two talk evesdrops. Sivaperumals mom tells kadhir, how shakthivinayagam was for ever plotting with my son to make bharathi as his marumagal, and once my son died shakthivinayagam is threatening my life.

She says Sivaperumals got punished for what he did, and killing him kalidas also went to jail. I have become anathai as deivanais daughters don't want to even see me. mI selfish now, cause I don't want that shakthivinayagam to win, as he cheated us, anyway you will only benefit from marrying bharathi's wedding. Just think about it, manju came to your house and fixed the wedding, and the same day things went wrong, bharathi took poison, think, there is no men at manjus house ,and the girls are alone, so shaktivinayagam has gone to their house and threatened them with something. That is why those girls are so scared and decided to marry velu. If you stay away and not question this, then you will lose bharathi for ever. If I take revenge on shakthivinayagam, everyone will benefit. If you want you take abduct bharathi and get married do it. Kadhir does not say much, just leave fast in his bike. Listening to this velu runs to tell his dad about the talk between sivaperumals mom & kadhir.

That night they show sivaperumals house where his mom is coming suspiciously in the street and 2 men are watching her, they are there waiting , and she is also trying to be cautious, the men spot her and come out of the hiding. Sivaperumals mom is happy to see them and hands them a bag and gives them some instructions which is mute

Shakthivinayam' House

Yesterdays episode quick recap, Manju blurts out that she killed Sivaperumal and stops bharathi's wedding with Velu & gets him married to Kadhir.

Shakthivinayagam is walking fast into his house, & he hears this voice which calls him by his name, he turns and looks around and sees Sivaperumals mom sitting in his swing and calling him by his name. SV gets very angry and says Ayee , Enna u are calling me by name. Sivaperumals mom says don't scream, I should treat you worse, since you are a backstabber. IF my henchmen did not mess up then I would have got bharathi murdered and put him under your sons feet. I raised my son like a singam, but unfortunately fate took him early, but I believed in you to take revenge on my enemy's family, but u plotted against me. So see now what happened. You got AVAMANAPATUFIED. You played a double game and that manju played a double game against you and married your to be daughter inlaw to kadhir. Sivaperumal says that he will take revenge on that manju who is in jail. Sivaperumals mom says it is not too late, you can still team up with me and take revenge on manju. SV says he can deal with that himself. SP's mom says no he needs her help.

Kalidas is shown sitting in the temple pond area, while janani is praying. She comes out and says im done let us go mama. AT that time Kadhir comes and asks so whatever I heard is true. Kalidas says yes, after manju being arrested we don't want to stay in the same house, so im getting a transfer to my OORU closer to where manju is in prison, once I find a place I will come back and take janani with me. Kadhir says in that case I think we would like to keep janani. Since bharathi is also missing her so much, she would love to have janani with her. So they all decide that till kalidas returns janani will stay with kadhir and bharathis place.

Next they show a lady closing her face and returning from praying in the temple. Two goondas chase her and she runs, and runs and run, they are still chasing. (THE background score here was so cool) AT one point kalidas comes inbetween and chases them away. Then he goes to the girl and asks who she is and to show her face, first she refuses, but then kalidas asks so r u like the women they thought you were , she says not & shows her face, when she shows her face there is a big burn scar on her left cheek. Kalidas apologies. Then he offers to take her home. When he drops her home she introduces him to her parents, & her father recognizes kalidas, who thanks him for saving him & his daughter. Later he explains that when kalidas was new in his police training, he saved his life during an encounter. Kalidas says it is his duty. The girls father krishnaswamy, asks him whykalidas is her. Kalidas tells him about his wife being in jail & that he wants tobe closer to his wife so he is moving to this area. Krishnaswamy says that he could stay in their house. He says I have my upstairs free for rent so you move in here, you are like my son. Then they want him to stay and take coffee and the 2 men chat. Kalidas says that they might most likely transferhim to crime branch.

Kalidas & Janani move into Krishnaswamy's house. Janani only see part of the older sisters face & wonders why

Janani follows krishnaswamys older daughter around trying to friendly with her and keeps calling her akka, but the older daughter always dodges from showing her face to janani while making a conversation.

Kalidas in the meantime goes and meets the senior officer in his house, who meets with kalidas and says that he is sorry about whatever happened with kalidas & his family but has little varutham about how kalidas tried to protect his wife, but he feels kalidas has the right attitude and that is why he is offering him this positin where in kalidas has to watch a few peoples activties and report to the senior officer

Janani finally succeeds in seeing the older sisters burnt face & they have emotional dialogue, and both of them finally hug & the screen freezes
