No, till now devi doesn't know prakash true nature. Actually nobody knows except madhavi and viji madam, because madhavi made viji madam to promise not reveal the truth to anybody as she does not want to ruin her
"friend" devi's live.
No prakash doesn't go to jail. he is leading a happy life with his own child.
