podcast on yahoo

Help please!

I dont have itunes, dont want itunes. so i want to download podcasts from Yahoo podcasts. when i go there the uploaded pocasts are from nov. 2006. why are there no recent ones.

if you go on yahoo podcasts for IF there will be a link to podcast feed that is updated almost everyday. here is the link to it www.india-forums.com/podcasts.xml
