Sanjeeda's show changes its time slot
Telly show Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage, featuringSanjeeda Sheikh and Giriraj Kabra as the lead couple, will be shifted to a new time-slot starting next week.
The show will now air at 10 pm. We had reported about Sanjeeda quitting the show for another daily soap. She put in her papers in December 2012 and ever since, the producers have been hunting for a suitable replacement.
While the makers may deny it, sources assertthat Sanjeeda's exit has led to this change. Says the source, "The new show that's replacing Piya Ka Ghar... has a good cast and appears to be promising. The production house hasn't been able to find anyone as good as Sanjeeda."
Says Giriraj, "The new slot might prove to be better in terms of viewership."
