Abeer and Meher- Strong personalities with strong egoes

Abeer is a very head strong individual. Seems to have a supreme male ego and somewhere along it is this ego that Meher seems to have hurt. Abeer seems to be a person who wanted his better half to be managing house alone. Though he loved her, he couldn't accept her as an individual with her own heeds and wants which of course were outside the realm of managing home alone. Now he is more hurt because irrespective of leaving him, this lady is holding on her own. He wants to hurt her emotionally, but the truth is he is hurt much more emotionally. Yesterday he asks Meher whether she wants to kiss him, fact is that he would love to hold her once again and kiss her. But his ego wont allow him to do that.

Now if Abeer is egoistic, Meher is nothing less. She wants to prove to him that she can go ahead in life without him. Her emotional composure is a mask, she is torn inside. Meher is a girl trapped between her individuality and her need for love. She wants both, but when forced to choose one had to choose individuality because love without individuality is no love at all. But she is incomplete. She wants love to complete her, but not the possessive love but the love that understands and accepts her as an individual.

Hence the ego has reduced real communication between them. It was never " We" between them. It was " I" and " You". The " I" and " You" send them in parallel directions never to meet once again, hope the " We" will bring them together for eternity once again.

he might not have wanted meher to manage home

its emotional ego

he got hurt very hurt with the divorce

so he wanted meher to be same...be hurt sad not get over him

now he sees meher all successful

thats hurting him more because he thinks meher didnt go through depression like him

he thinks meher didnt love him n divorced for money

he want it to be proved wrong

he want to see meher crying for him pinning fro his love

which is not happening

Meher..she want abeer to trust her love

she is hurt because abeer is doubting her love for him

being accused for money..hurted her alot

she wants to prove him she can be happy witout him

Well,I'm loving the show too but I never thought it'd be career vs love.well its a possibility. But clearly abeers dad and her bua have some hand in this.quite sure meher didn't take a penny out of the so called 2.5 crores abeer is in some big mu for sure.

Well, where on one side I agree to your description of Meher's character, I'd beg to differ in Abeer's case. I don't think that he is such kind of a man who would want to run the house and let the house hold work be done by his wife. I guess the problem in their relationship could have been Abeer's casual nature and how he runs away from problems rather than facing them (as Meher mentioned also) and not Abeer's ego.

Lets see what happens in the upcoming episodes. 😃

Even I'm looking forward to devs entry,hope the dubbing artist will be gud,LOL.regarding this show,except the 2nd epi,all episodes were gud.try to catch it on hotstar,will get u the flow of the story.now there's a 11.30 pm repeat telecast too.

Waisey this 2.5 crore thing was the alimony in their divorce that abeers dad repeatedly mentions to taunt abeer and abeer taunt meher too regarding the same.mehers bua is a vakil specialized in divorce cases,and abeers dad has saved her number as kanoon.but these mehbeer flashback scenes are awesome.there are even rumours of they having a kid of which abeer is probably unaware of as per an old tb article.but no confirmation yet.but if any third angle comes for meher or abeer,the show will be down the drains.there are such dearth of gud shows nowadays on tv.

ps:yhm is remade in malayalam,malayalam tv has no original shows left??

coming to the topic.. yes abeer seems to ahve ego..but i actually dont think its a career vs home one. because looking at the way he adore sasha (isnt it the new friend's name? ) i dont think abeer was a boy who lives in 19th century and consider the wife as a home maker only. it seems something more deep. and as abheer said in 2nd epi..he feel like she used him in past. so defo more is waiting.🤔

and meher, i completely with you..she just want to prove to abeer that she is fine without him. and too stubborn.
