Actually Karen most men r like Vinod . Good , but helpless against wives . . I think its upto the mIL to decide how to keep her dignity and not be uSED by a smarty pants DIL . She shud know the fine line between being USED and GENUINELY HELPING . Since she is experienced in years , she shud be able to read Bahu much before Bahu reads HER .

For the past three weeks I had been trying to remember a word that described this show for me. I was beginning to become so frustrated as I couldn't pinpoint the word; it was just escaping me, I could only remember that it started with "con". Then finally the word came to me as soon as I woke up today...

hi Kools..sorry for late reply..great commentary..totally agree with all points made..

but when did manav say anything about his marriage??..the episodes that I watched 2day just showed him being angry at sav..left his food..and walked away..

in the uk we are about a week behind so can only see downloads..they are messed up..the dialogues..dont match the words spoken..so must have missed when manav mentioned his marriage..😉

BTW One more thing to add...Manav may have told Shrav that in their marriage there won't be love but he never said there won't be any sex...He might be loving Archu but in Indian society per his culture and morals he might not be able to have physical relationship with Archu so he has to get some somewhere and guess where and from whom he will expect...Shrav...He might be acting like bhagwan but Bhagwan also has some needs...😳 Have we not seen many marriages on TV of that sort or even in real life...
