Just this...not good mom is a very big word but everyone uses it casually just because she went to her friend's house to celebrate her birthday which she thinks no one knows.. atleast they should have given her a hint before planning something..

But yeah, "Pranati isn't a good mother" is a heavy accusation. I mean,after everything she went through for her child,that would be too much to say.
When it comes to parenting and understanding Jugnu,she's behind Rey. I agree with that. That's because Jugnu's volatile moods and thinking process as well as childhood suffering is a lot like Rey. Thats why it's easier for Rey to handle her and she gets along with Rey the most.
Uske uparr se the whole "payda hote hi chhod diya" thing. Pranati has a long way to go before she understands Jugnu's moods and learns how to interact with her. There are things she did wrong,there are things she will do wrong. And even more so because they've a stark contrast in their thinking and personalities. But slowly they'll learn to coexist.
Maybe,she'll never completely learn how. That's pretty normal. A lot of our own parents never completely learn how to deal with us or understand us even after being with us our whole lives.😆Mere apne father ne life mein mujhe kabhi compliment nhi diya,never directly appreciated anything. Unke pyaar jataane ka ek hi tareeka hai- buy nice clothes and tasty foods.
On the other hand,my relationship with my mom is more or less like a buddy. My father has said some horrible things to me and thrown some illogical tantrums which I may never forget but still I know he loves me. He doesn't know how to properly show it.
