@Bold, Very true. A lot of you girls have pointed this out today with Prani openly confessing how she feels. This actually opens up another Pandora's box, which is the status of her relationship with Rey. As much as we love Prayansh, or want them together, the situation between them is very toxic and only seems to be getting worse from Rey's end. Even if he is going to accept it and change, the house where their root lies is extremely toxic and it is a circus that won't leave anyone sane. Looking at the ground reality and speaking honestly, Rey and that family aren't for Praniti, she's better off alone.

Jugnu's place in this toxic circus and also with the conditions she grew up in, is a whole different story which I'm not gonna discuss now.

There was one thing that I always held against Praniti, the way she brought up Rey's mom during the whole Navya drama. Those 2 or 3 episodes are probably the most toxic episodes of PB till date, from both Rey & Prani's ends. But one thing is clear, when she said 'A normal human cannot survive in this house', she was so effing right.

When Prani told Rey that a normal person can't live in this family, she also talked about Rey's mother. First she wanted to hurt Rey and second she wanted Rey to open his eyes.

I don't agree that Prani can't live in this family. She can, she has the strength for it. But in a couple there has to be a balance, if the wife is hurt, the husband has to protect her and if the husband is hurt, the wife has to protect him.

As I said in my job, Rey has to face the truth. I agree with him that he wants Prani to go away to protect her, so he is altruistic, but it is also cowardice.

So you tell him to leave, because you don't want to fight for your own happiness. Yes, you've lost your mother, but you don't know the whole truth, and if you know the truth, you're too lazy to put things right.

We have guessed that Rey is the one who inherited the family. Dadi expects something from him, there's like a mystery behind Rey's whole existence and that's why Dadi is holding him in his hands.

For me this whole family sleeps on skeletons. Too many lives have been wasted for money and that money is also dirty mud!

And you're right Natashapaul it's toxic when you put Rey's mother's case on the table. I always grind my teeth when Prani takes this out to Rey. You can't press it or it hurts.

It's for Jagnu, so stay on that point. For me the one and only solution is for Rey to come out of his denial. That he acknowledges his feelings is one thing, but to stay in denial that he can handle Dadi by manipulating her is just too stupid on his part!

I've read that many people that Rey puts Vardhan on a pedestal it's not true.

Rey perfectly who is his whole family, otherwise he wouldn't have sent Maan to save Navya from Dadi's diabolical plan!

Dadi wanted Navya's child to die, she even asked Maan to take care of it.

Rey is not naive, he is just in endless denial. He has a difference between the two.

Agree! Pranati has no expectation from anyone be it archit, Reyansh, Riya or anyone in the family.

Riya broke her trust when she accused jugnu of being illegitimate. I feel at that point pranati learnt the fact- she is nice, but blinded.

She has repeated over and over again that she doesn’t need anyone but her daughter and will do anything for her sake. She is extremely strong and also reyansh knows this very well not that his thinking matters anyways.

One thing I really really love about this show is how strong character pranati is. For once we have self sufficient lead who is not behaving like abla naari waiting for a guy to rescue her. She is a warrior and has all the capabilities of fighting her battle by herself

More than Rey, pranati knew Archit for a long time which Archit confessed to him and he also witnessed how Archit told the lawyer about the promises by Rey to Pranati. It's a solid proof that pranati is a open book to Archit. She shared every damn thing happened between them. We do this with our friends too. Rey failed to understand this only.

He get it that it's correct for pranati to move on with Archit all the time. Infact it was the best for her. He was so sure about it. Jugnu only stopped Pranati from going back to Archit. Now when I try to see things from Rey's perspective, it seems he is right from his part and was sure about his decisions.

It really seems that pranati has feelings for Archit. She went to meet him after their worst fight during navya problem. And that "Epic love dialogue"confirms him that she loves him. Usually we use such dialogues to the person we love. So, it's obvious that Rey is correct from his end.

But what he didn't expect is after witnessing his touch affecting her badly even after years, he had a blind confidence that she can't move on from him and pranati confirmed it with her words in the initial days of her stay in kurana house. Now this back to back incidents clearly say that she unknowingly like Archit and it seems she gave his place to her, which she didn't realize yet and naming it as friendship.

Now it hurts him badly that he has to move on from their path. He is the one came between them. So, he was right and he acknowledged that in this process. He knows that he can't go against Dadi in this lifetime and pranati has no place in that family. Her life will be ruined badly. So, he accepts that it was better for her to move on in her life without him. Pranati was ready to give custody to Rey but the truth is Rey always wanted his daughter to live with her mom. Pranati's fierceness comes out when it comes to jugnu and she relates all her problems with jugnu. Her world revolves around jugnu all the years especially after finding her dead child alive. I really felt angry on her mom now who saw what she is going through all the years because of jugnu's death news. Still because of the fear of society, she decided to keep mum.

I'm saying this from my personal experience, today my mom was scared to touch a squirrel which stuck inside a water tub in our native home. She is working there as a Teacher. So my mom usually stay away from us only Cox of lockdown, we spent lot of time together. Now we back to our work, I found it astonishing. Because I'm scared of almost all insects and reptiles except snakes. My mom killed many lizards, cockroaches, scorpions, mosquitoes for me.she always taught me to be courageous but when she was alone today, she got scared of a small squirrel even my dad found it surprising.

This is mom's love which can't be compared with any other love. And pranati is such a mom for jugnu.

Reyansh and pranati both are such amazing characters. I can not compare them two. They both need their own acknowledgement!!

Sometimes I feel reyansh is searching for some security in archit that will assure him Pranati’s safety , wellbeing and happiness.

He knows he doesn’t deserve pranati but the fact he is so helpless and vulnerable because of his love towards her it tears him apart.

On one point I don't agree She neither loved Archit nor ll ever. Only its Rey.She spent years with Rey when She was not mature,but with Archit sure.So She never got any such chance with Rey or can say He never gave Her a chance to believe Him.

Thing is She has a firm belief in Archit with whom She can share everything.Rey is that unfortunate one who doesn't have any such one

Or can say people around Him... neither them or not let anyone to show such trust in Him.

He is such a helpless fellow who can't bare His heart out to someone.When He did to Prani she was not in senses.

Why He is so attached to His daughter ? Coz He finds His reflection in Her.Only She is the one with whom He does heart to heart conversations. But She is so young that can't understand everything n not good for Her.

When I talk about denial, I'm talking about the fact that Rey thinks he can manipulate Dadi and hope to win. That's where I'm talking about denial.

I'm not talking about his feelings for Prani, because he's already accepted it, and he's accepted it for a long time. His jealousy was already a revelation in itself.

Yes Rey protects Prani from Dadi, he tried to make her run away, he told her to run away. He knows very well that nobody in his family lets strangers live in peace and even among themselves they are toxic.

For me Rey and Prani's relationship is very special.

1: They knew each other during their immaturity phase. Prani was a dreamer (first love) and Rey was a rebel (running from one girl to another).

2: A child came into the equation, for a woman it's always difficult to make a choice, but for a man it's very easy and there Prani faced the reality of her situation, love can't save everything!

3: Archit is not in the middle, but for both of them he is a person to be taken into consideration. Prani doesn't want him to become the father of a child that is not his own and for Rey he has to accept the fact that a man can raise his daughter (the child he didn't want at first) to be raised by another man.

4: A child is in the middle of their "I love you, neither do I". Characters, feelings, resentments, old wounds go that nothing could really be serene between them.

You know the reason I watch PB is because for once the characters in PB are "human", you don't feel like you're seeing one cliche after another (although there were).

Prani is strong, she does what is right.

Rey, although a prisoner, he can escape from his reality from time to time.

To come back to the denial I was talking about.

Several times Rey tried to manipulate Dadi so that she couldn't lose patience before the 10 days he gave her. But each time he lost out. So he thinks "naively" that he can manipulate a dragon who holds all the cards in his hands... That's the denial he's going through now, just hearing him think "I told Dadi that, but my heart doesn't accept it...". In the end it is also cowardly not to be able to say things openly .
