01/12 Written Update

Recap: Radha learns of the secret. She goes to talk to Savitri who asks her if she can give her justice by handing over her unborn child.

Update:

Radha comes home and remembers Savitri's words. PariVikram-Adityaar song plays in the background as she sees Shlok sleeping and sits on the bed. Shlok turns in his sleeps and places his hand on hers. Radha holds him and remembers Shlok's surprise on hearing that she's pregnant. She cries.

Morning…

Slokha come down and the brothers leave for office. Pammi sends Radha to her room on the pretext for Sunny's book. Radha goes and is surprised to find her room filled with baby toys and the painting by Sandeep [Radha holding a new born child]. Radha becomes teary to see this as Pammi, Aai and Aaje come in. She tells them that the painting means a lot to her and she will always keep it with her. Aaje gifts her wool and needles and tells her that she should start knitting for her child no itself [aww!]

The women leave and Radha collapses on the bed crying.

Kitchen…

Radha comes to help but Aaje and Pammi send her away saying that she should be resting. Radha thinks to herself and wonders if the future will allow her to play with her child for long.

Chawl…

Jaya talks to Sumitra as she says she is very happy with the news of Radha's pregnancy. She talks to Radha and says that she had hoped for the delivery to take place at their house but Sumitra has assured them that the naming ceremony will be in Pune. Jaya talks about how happy she is and can't wait for the child. Radha becomes emotional and leaves.

Pammi is confused and asks why Radha went away crying. Sumita replies that it must be tears of happiness.

Radha's room…

Radha cries in front of God and asks what predicament she has been places in; one hand there is her husband and on the other her unborn child. Shlok comes in and wipes her tears. He makes her sit and reminds her that she herself had said that a husband and wife must share sorrow as well as happiness and asks her to share her tears with him.

Radha tells him about her meeting with Savitri. Shlok is stunned and asks Radha how she can even consider this for her child. Radha says that if they don't Savitri has threatened to send Shlok to jail. Shlok cuts her of and says that he is the one who had wronged Savitri and is ready to pay the price. Radha tries to make him understand but he asks her if she is in her senses; will she be able to separate from her own child?

Radha looks upset but says that she can't find any other way as she says that her life begins with him and ends with him and she can't see him go to jail. He tries to assure her that they will find some way and she doesn't need to make a sacrifice. She replies that this is not a sacrifice and asks for his permission to hand the child over to Savitri.

He refuses but she breaks down as she says that she can't live without him. Shlok says that he had never thought his happiness would die soon. Radha calls Savitri and tells her that they accept her condition. Savitri says that she has another demand.

Dinner…

Pammi gives Radha kesar dood, fruits, laddoo etc and tells Radha to eat without complaining. She starts making her plans for Princess and the baby's new room. Doorbell rings and SMS opens it to find Savitri dressed as an Aai.

Preview:

[Dream?] Savitri takes Radha's child and walks of, ignoring her pleas to stop.

Weepy episode but it was nice to see Shlok at the start; even if he was sleeping. The storyline might be completely sucky but at least Radha and Shlok stand together! Also, watch out for Radha trying to convince Shlok – again, I hated what they were discussing but the scene was awesome all the same.
