SMS out of action

What happened to SMS and her messaging? She seems to be highly inactive inspite of Sona asking her to take care of Radha. Urvi and her sisters do not talk behind closed doors then why is SMS not able to snoop on them and give Radha all the information. Hope Radha realizes atleast tomorrow that she is being set up or are the creatives going to drag this on further?
