Well, Mayakkam means dizzy. And Enna means what.

But together it would be "Why is this dizziness/queasiness?"

In this context it means a person who falls head-over-heels in love with another is

said to be suffering from " mayakkam"'dizziness, confusion, intoxication, and delusion.
