I still can't believe that was supposed to be an emotional scene.

Not to forget he himself gave discounts later on items only to get scolded by gaumbi in return 🤣

The line was something like "tu mujhe beech baazar me nilam kardeti" 🤣

Because store = maa...

Dhara gave a long as$ accounts finance lecture on margin and how they have fixed price because they sell quality food products and all that I skipped,i don't remember much 🤣

How they run business is still a mystery because they hardly shown going to store 🤣 and they run by playing nukkad naatak, naukar naatak, madhumakki naatak...

Yes, how can I forget that scene. I remember then coming across tweets about it being such an emotional scene and them praising Shiva's dedication and connect to the store, and thinking if I am the strange one for having found the whole thing absurd.

I had wished Gautam too had said something along those lines to Shiva. Would have made for a nice 'parallel'.

I think she talked about how they get good quality products which they sell at very little margin. Hence they couldn't afford to reduce the prices (though they had no customers) and that discounts would make people suspicious of the quality (really?). So basically, even if they had no customers and their whole stock would have gone bad leading to them incurring a huge loss, Discounts Are Evil! That was the takeaway message.

The poor store has just been relegated to the name of the show alone.

She's going overboard now, taking advantage of Shiva's innocence and spreading false rumours about Rishita. Such a toxic woman she is, villians are better than her

Her lack of compassion for others and inconsideration of their circumstances is extremely off-putting. She seems to live by the words "Ends justify the means" and so isn't above doing anything or using anyone to get what she wants.

Her and Suman are both coming across as utterly selfish and heartless women showing absolutely no remorse about manipulating their children's emotions.

I feel for Raavi and I also don’t. Itna sab kuch ho gaya. She has been verbally abused by her vile husband and his mothers and yet she is still sticking around. Consistent with the trend of ITV portrayal of women as bechari and mahaan.

Aise real life mein ek padhe likhe aaj ki ladki ke saath karke dikhaaye, court tak ghaseeththe hue le jaayegi!

I personally feel Shweta BILKUL SAHI THI, for this family! Those episodes where she brought them to their knees were FANTASTIC!

The abuse wasn't just verbal and emotional but also physical at times. Even though what Raavi went through during her marriage was enough to break a person, it isn't supposed to be viewed as such. This show has not only trivialised most of her suffering, it has at times even romanticised it (like the manhandling). Not to forget how her humiliation was made into comedy.

Realistically, she should have either started to hate them or completely retreated into a shell. The amount of emotional manipulation and gaslighting that happened makes it easy to see that she could lose her self-confidence and self-worth, but what I find difficult to comprehend is how she could be happy living with them. It would have been much more believable if she stayed with them out of fear of being alone rather than out of love given how toxic the relationships are.

I also wouldn't have minded Shweta's character as much if she had targeted the right people. Hope she rectifies that this time around. She certainly showed them the mirror, but sadly none of that made any difference as no one on that show learns from their mistakes.

I agree with you. But then it is not completely Dhara's fault.

Shiva and Ravee are also responsible for that.

Shiva always doubted Ravee and the latter kept hiding things from him.

She always took Arnav's name before Shiva, which irritated him.

Shiva also saw Arnav and Ravee holding hands on each other in the hospital.

Any husband would react that way.

Lastly, Arnav wasn't within his limits.

Dhara did tell Ravee what was the necessity for Arnav to become a friend when he could have been the boss.

When Ravee went to Arnav to rejoin his company, she got to know that Arnav loves her.
