The writing is just plain terrible. Dhara's character is supposed to be the mature, sensible oldest daughter-in-law selflessly looking out for her family's happiness. Instead we have someone who keeps creating trouble for others, never learns from her mistakes, and just ignores other's pain and suffering if it comes between her and her plans. Dev, Rishita, Shiva and Raavi have all lost so much according to the current track, but Dhara isn't even willing to acknowledge that let alone feel guilty. Their trauma doesn't matter in front of her great family unification project.

They are trying to fix a narrative that Rishita and Raavi are selfish who only care about money and themselves, and want to break the house

They are giving Dora aaa bgm for giving her sympathy and pain when she hasn't suffered anything or lost rather took everyone's rights and was celebrating festivals and getting her adopted son abused by his dadi and lie for his piyaakad baap.

Shiva was so distraught by the discount idea that he shouted at Raavi something along the lines of how she should have put him up for auction instead.
