Both my mother and MIL are widows and well into their 70s. both wear colored sarees, keep a bindhi, ofcourse took the mangalsutra and wearing just a gold chain, infact my mom has 3 gold bangles on each of her hand, wears diamond earrings. In my community, widows are allowed to dress up too and my family is from India too 😕

Raavi still thinks about what Suman said that day till now which started this whole panauti thing. Is this what you say about your DIL? No matter what, she is still your DIL who should be treated like a daughter, instead Suman can't wait to differentiate between her DILs and the end result -Raavi is at the receiving end.

Instead of patiently listening to her, he is losing his cool with her. Even in the last scene of yesterday's episode, he was exasperated, rolled his eye and today again he was visibly angry.

Also Raavi didn't tell him not to go at all, instead she asked him to go one day later. How hard it is for him to listen and follow? The same thing was said by Dev and Gautam too😕

Utter BS! In which century are we all living in? If this tradition was followed some 30-40 years ago, what's the need to continue such regressive rules which does not do any good and is irrelevant in today's times.

So, how many Men roam around in white after their wives die? Have we ever seen it in the past or present? This is so unacceptable in this day and age😔
