Exactly, I think the makers were shocked how popular Raavi has become even more than Shiva. They have repeatedly tried to show her as bad or immature or dobi, but the audience isn't buying it anymore. The audience understands that the makers and writers are trying to get Dhara the sympathy that Raavi has by degrading Raavi over and over again and it is not working. Raavi's popularity is not in their control anymore so they don't know what to do anymore.

At this point even if they make raavi completely evil, im on her side lol

She can murder these pandyas for all i care and i would still support her lol

I dnt think the show was ever meant to be abt injustice towards ravi..except the leaving at the altar which leads to shivi story..but the writers for building shivi story, made ravi suffer a lot of humiliations especially public. Along with a 3rd woman and all while also showing her being so selfless and caring towards everyone in that home by ignoring her disrespect and coming Tolstoy back in the same house..the writers did a big kaand showing the humiliation of ravi to showcase how good ravi is..they should have toned down sumans behaviour..toned down shivas animalistic behaviour towards her after ivf kaandh..the writers overdid it..for the sake of spice in their lovestory..now it became a story of abuse, harassment ,blind love ,and gaslighting..the writers dnt want ravi to seek justice..hence she is shown considering this family perfect..she is shown all the harassment she faced was deserving becz she was a dobi who didn't fall in love with shiva right after the marrg.. she is shown fighting to be back with shiva..despite being humiliated everyday..thrown out..thrown stuffs at..ignored. taunted.. all becz she made the mistake of trusting her sister and also not reading the papers.

It's the writers mentality..they think we can ignore what is happening with her just for the sake of shivi being together. That's not possible..atleast for me..

True dear..I totally get this..infact the kind of issues u wrote about ur own experience, I myself can relate with in some cases..

But what I see myself different from ravi is..I dnt think this family is perfect. I realise there is partiality.. I feel the injustice done on me..ravi doesn't feel this..that makes her unreal for me..her pain is real..and very relatable..but the writers are making her apologise and that too she is shown feeling guilty for voicing out..she is very happy for this family..that is not relatable to me..I only feel for her because the abuses are realistic ..and it hurts badly to live with such a family who will never consider us with respect and care..

thats exactly the point we as viewers are trying to make , but creatives seems like just don’t care.

Showing Raavi ‘s realization of these problems will connect with viewers more. just like her problems are So real- her responses are completely bizzare!
Me too- don’t get it why she so readily gives up everytime. My only reason as of now is- because she has no one else to fall back upon.

Had her parents / some supportive family been around: she too perhaps wouldn’t take all this!

Another real reason is- creatives will keep whitewashing Dhara’s gaslighting & Rishita’s ridiculousness to make them heros!

They will not show Shiva speaking up to continue their airhead theory of ‘much loved’ Dhara shiva bond!
I have always failed to connect to this & since long I feel it is going to the extremes of being unhealthy.

I feel like rishitas drama has been going longer than shivis shaadi even

Agree too much of Rishita overdose. With Dev coming back won’t make much difference as Rishita takes his SS anyways.

@Blue..actually I could understand that even if she doesn't fight back.. not every woman have the courage to fight..not everyone can clearly point out what's happening to them is wrong and they deserve respect..they consider themselves helpless ..but still they too get hurt..they remain silent..but won't glorify the family who abuses them..

@red...thats my reason too...lazy writing..if they needed to white wash dhara..they should have made her standup for Raavi as much as rishitha..should have felt for ravi as much as rishitha..remember when ravi came back to pandyas when she came to knw abt dharas pregnancy.. rather than appreciating her for being so selfless to ignore all the hostility she is receiving.. she was praised for finally considering this family as her own..hence she came back..so her sacrifice was nothing...but a duty of the family member..and didn't she always consider this cral family as her own?..

True shiva dharas bond is not healthy...pixie mentioned this in some earlier posts what will happen if shivi had a baby...and ravi and dhara has a different opinion regarding upbringing of the child..we all know whose decision will be accepted, appreciated, and also respected..and who is going to be ridiculed , made to apologise and made to praise dhara for her adbhud gyan too....I understand the respect shiva has for dhara..but not to the point that he is oblivious to what is happening with ravi..ravi never takes a second to standup for shiva...be it against her own family or his family(gombi/dev including rishitha) or any outsider. ..not once I saw him stand up for her against his own family..her family..or even an outsider..

I am not sure about Shiva-Raavi’s progress, it’s just yo-yoing 😕

If this is the kind of support Shiva gives Raavi like he did today, Raavi might as well not need it and keep her mouth shut and not support him at all.
Support karo aur upar se taana bhi suno.
Shiva at this time still has BhabiMa and Maa over Raavi.

Also the thing that bothers me is that Suman has no role to play in this track. First, she is scared of Rishita and her family, secondly if she says something about them, it is not as aggressive as what she used to say to Raavi and Mami.
Dhara has taken complete control of the house and is clearly differentiating between Rishita abd Raavi. That’s because Rishita has a powerful family backing but Raavi has none and Dhara knows even in her dreams Raavi will not go anywhere as she has no place to go.

IMO, Dhara is only ruining the family bond😕

Now, I don’t care about the education track anymore because BhabiMa’s involvement is inevitable😕

@ bold exactly. I don't understand dhara at all. When raavi hugged her she had pushed her away. She was rude to her when she returned home contrary to her running and hugging rishita. Especially when raavi had returned just for taking care of her.

If dhara had stood up for raavi against suman or shiva or shown them the mirror in strong words during the disha track and IVF track then she would have been my favourite character. I would have seen her as a loving protective elder sister to raavi as well as a mother Figure to shiva who teaches him to respect his wife.

She instead praised shiva for the kuaa kaand.that would be the biggest PS mystery for me.
