It was expected and badhne k chances b nahi hai zyada. They lost it completely now.

People have already said it, but main phir se kahoongi.

Raavi is the audience's connect to the show.

Every other character has messed up, but no one paid for it, most evidently Bhabhi, Shiva & Suman Kaki (the latter two with respect to their treatment of Raavi), whereas Raavi has been made to suffer despite majorly none of it being her fault.

There needs to be story continuity & proper boundaries between characters, redemption is required for almost all of them, except Raavi (if Shiva treats Raavi like a queen & way above everyone else, he can still get away with it), and tracks need proper execution.

The show needs to refocus and realign, warna channel ko makers ka kaatne mein time nahi lagega.

I didn't get it clearly but in last bit it looked like Dhara stopped Raavi when she was giving it back to Rishita. Shiva and Raavi left for their room in anger.

I still don't understand why TRP makes so much of a difference in today's world. A lot of people record and watch it later, a lot of people catch the repeat telecasts and a lot of people watch it on Disney Hotstar.

I think now the only way to get TRP is to give a full on proper ShiVi track. Whether it's about Shiva's education or a track where Raavi questions her priority in Shiva's life, just give us a full on ShiVi track. Iss show main couples ki progression ki jagah Devar-bhabhi aka, Shiva-Dhara ki bond pe focus kar rahi hain. Agar Devar-Bhabhi ki bond ko importance deni hain, toh baaki deveron se kijiye. It's past one year and we haven't had a full blown romance b/w ShiVi. I'm pretty sure if they give a week of ShiVi, trp pucca badhegi.
