There was a TC article long time back about something I canāt remember but Rishita wasnāt very happy with her picture and she mentioned in her story tagging TC that āyou couldāve selected a better picture of meā something along the lines. I cannot remember exact words š

Then comes saanp kaand where she accepted her mistake yet she was berated like anything and each person went overboard and again audience clearly cheered for raavi
Even in newyear track when shiva was prepared to propose her and she messedup everything manypeople were siding with shiva becoz he was trying to calm her but he went wrong when he said that she can't behave like this with bhabhi or else their relation will put to an end which clearly meant he made 'respect (worship) to bhabhi' as base of their relation
And then ivf track along with divorce track solely everyone felt for raavi some tried to reason out shiva but shiva's anger and action overpowered everything and clearly audience again started cheering for raavi
There is long list where writers tried to sabotage raavi's character but they couldn't either becoz of trp or protest all over social media
Agreed. Raavi is the only character who is pure at heart and stays in character. Everyone else flips according to their situation, so they seem very fake.
You know that's why audience like Raavi.. Because she's shown too naive, sometimes impulsive, making rash decisions, but everytime you understand where she's coming from, her intentions are not wrong, she's shown apologising as well paying the price of those mistakes ( sometimes price is more than mistake).. But overall you end connecting with her more & more.. She's not mahan Or superwoman or even a savior of house & family.. She's so ordinary.. Alice is amazing in playing that subtle role without being over dramatic that's necessity in ITV.. She stands out being ordinary in the bunch of random mahan know it allsā¤ļø
Tbh I think ravi is more than ordinary..
She forgives too easily , holds no grudges..leaving no stones to win over shiva even though all she got from him was insults and hatred....its not normal .I love her for being a real super hero which normal humans cant do so much..

That just shows mediocre writing.. It needs good writing skills to give a proper redemption to the characters & then it shines more.. It's easier to show kaands without making them guilty & thinking audience have short memory

This is even below mediocre..I mean if not anything just copy paste from 'any' show...they can get something in the name of ending a track..not this half burnt overcooked pulao..

I know.. It's just she's ordinary in worldly sense.. In the world where material achievements matters like job, showing them that you are a 'feminist' bcz its your way or high way.. Raavi stands out by being 'ordinary' bcz she doesn't show that off, she's a mediocre student, many times a dobi, happy playing housewife.. She's happy if her loved ones are happy.. Her pain, achievement anything is never acknowledged..
Dhara plays a role of someone who's "god like" Rishita is shown savior of house & family many times, Shiva is times & again said by everyone how adbhut he is, heera he is but we rarely hear these kinds of praise & talks for Raavi..
For everyone she's just doing her job, nothing extra ordinary in that. .
She's like beth in little woman.. Shy & quite.. Giving sunshine by just her mere presence.. & it's only acknowledged when the presence is gone & it leaves silence & shadow behind..
You are right.. She's extraordinary but for this shallow world she's so ordinary as she's not "mahan Or savior or adbhut Or know it all" like people around her. .
& I love her for thisā¤ļø I just had to add itā¤ļø
