Can I also just point out (I'm not going to be a favourite me saying this) but everyone in the family needs time, including Dhara. Remember she's been the centre of this world for 10 years and then you have two young, beuatiful and independent women coming to make their own space in your world. Everything will shift, everything will change but the change will take time. There will be lots of banging vessels before they all understand their place and importance. Even after the pitai sequence, I feel she is making an effort to bring a balance, she is trying to back off as much as she can, but it will be diificult for her.
Another thing I wanted to put forth (what is going to be super unpopular right now) is the fact that there is so much pressure on Shiva and Raavi to give each other a chance, be together etc because they are more mature for their age. Compared to Dev, who is book smart and Rishita, who still acts like a daddy's princess, Shiva and Raavi both have been conscious of how situations will affect them. In the previous EDT, someone mentioned that Shiva's downfall is his temper and I agree, but apart from that they have always shown him to have a good understanding to he practical side of life, whilst Raavi understands the delicate nature of relationships, isn't that why she was so empathic towards any suffering related to any family member(including mami). Between the two, I feel that once they establish their own relationship base, they will have a bond that will be stronger than even GauRa and will be a force to be reckoned with.
I almost feel bad for DevTa because noone really does "actually care" about them. Like Suman put at the start of the marriage when they came home, they're married, now what can be done." Yes they want her to be comfortable, but do they really want her to be part of the family. I feel making her understand etc was upar upar se. To really accept her, they need to show her how her behaviour affects others. She has been shown as a petulant child who is demanding and she needs to be given a reality check that things dont always go your way when living with so many people. Yo have to make compromises.
PS: I will put here that Dev should have voiced Rishita's idea for the farmhouse. They could have kept an acre of land, built a house and sold off the rest. By not doing that, he's not giving his relationship with her enough respect.
