SH and many reviewers proved that they aren’t watching the show seriously. Although not told directly anyone can see that Humsha has feelings for Bilal in ep 3 and that’s why she is involved in this Sadaf-Ammar saga. I feel KRQ has kept that as a very important twist .
completely agree…it has to go with the tone of the show. Aamna didn’t go overboard criticizing his acting…she seems to like him overall on the shows The stuff she did criticize were the scenes that Hassan appreciated. She likes his character overall and also said he’s one of the characters that makes sense to her. She also said that he is the hook of the show. Hassan seemed really impressed with Wahaj’s performance…I think he likes seeing him in his element after being sidelined a bit in Mein. They’re trolling the show but they do that with a lot of shows. See,Aamna herself was saying that the whole drama is melodramatic so Wahaj's expressions has to be a little bit OTT...!! He can't be too subtle here like he does in other shows.
I don’t know why they don’t understand Humsha. Isn’t it obvious that she likes Bilal, whether she has admitted that to herself or not, and is reacting out of jealousy? I think that’s why she is so emotional.
I didn’t find their review overly negative but I don’t really take them seriously anyway. They flip flop so much that I can’t take them seriously.

Perhaps. Wahaj is a fine actor I think nobody is arguing with that. But I do feel some character choices for Bilal in certain moments have not worked for me. Could be his own or Haseeb’s interpretation of the character, that’s possible of course. If the script is such as this, he probably had to derive a lot of things himself. But for me some scenes do become annoyingly distracting and confusing.

I feel like the plot is so thin that no wonder it has to be stretched out so agonizingly

Depends on how the Sadaf-Ammar track proceeds. We can see from the teasers that Humsha would step in when Bilal is at its worst. She has hidden her feelings so far but something would cause her to reveal it.

Poor Humsha. Slaying so hard every day, being the only rational person in a 10 mile radius, getting ditched by Faraz or whoever it was, having to listen to Ammar’s antics and Sadaf’s joker excuses and now will have to endure Bilal ke roonay as well. I hope she survives

She isnt afraid of Bilal and can taunt him at his face. There is a BTS of a scene where Bilal is pleading with her so I don’t think she would take his shit only cos she loves him.
Rabia has the same views as me. They haven't built up the Sadaf-Bilal dynamic properly and that's why we can't feel anything
I don’t see Humsha as rational at all. She spends all day gossiping in the office and is too invested in other people’s business. It has to be because she likes Bilal so I think I understand where it’s coming from. She could have easily calmed Ammar down if she wanted to. Sadaf told her she has a problem and nothing is going on between her and Bilal but she’s letting Ammar think whatever he wants. There’s more to her but right now, her and Ammar remind me of a couple of gossipy high schoolers who struggle to keep their emotions in even at the workplace. What was that hug at the end with Ammar crying and Humsha soothing him? The workplace rumour should be about these two having an affair, not Bilal and Sadaf.Originally posted by: Stormborn01
