Remember we saw a bts of maya in a Mercedes car wearing the shawl that billu had on during the rain sequence? I think that's gonna be a very imp sequence.
Sadaf might get to know about bilal being the donor or she might realise her feelings for him and she'd go about in search of him. And finally finds him out and hugs him from behind and confesses that she loves him back, omg that scene would be so romantic and angsty

Ikr, i really want the confession to be romantic and turn out as I've imagined it to be. Mahaj better improvise the confession scene and give us a back hug. Their hug in jbg is one the best and most intimate hugs of ptv.

This! I’m not finding it as problematic as people are making it out to be. Certainly not anymore problematic than most other shows. I agree that people aren’t able to separate the writer from the show. But mostly yes, it has Wahaj in it so it’s being scrutinized more than any other show.
My honest opinion, there’s a lot of people watching it for the sake of nitpicking. Or they will watch a clip and make a billion assumptions on it. Context is so important for some scenes. Of course there are those that are sincerely watching it and have genuine criticism to share so I’m not talking about them.
My biggest criticism is the pace and lack of Wahaj which I’m hoping will improve…I feel like it already started. The misogyny and problematic content I’m mostly ignoring, because I’m already doing that with every other show that I watch. I’m used to it I guess.
@ bold I can’t agree more. General audience doesn’t do so much criticism. For them bechari ladki aur kya karti is the mindset. Bilal not proposing something nasty while offering the money makes him the hero. Whereas a girl trying to say that she want to repay the money also appeals to mass audience.
The huge discussion about TRP also doesn’t matter. Unlike Indian shows this is not going off air due to low trps. It’s already shot.
Less of screen time for Wahaj is not getting done now. Am sure Wahaj has signed the show knowing every nitty gritty. He is obviously aware how much he has shot and how good the character is. He wouldn’t have allowed the show to go on air if he was treated as a guest character. He is the protagonist and he is carrying the show.
Only people getting restless are us. 
Because we know what we want.

@bold Exactly this...this show is not based on social issue which needs to be overly analysed...it is just an entertainment after all...and shouldn't be criticised with too much details...
If its interesting and entertaining that's enough I guess..
As far as Screenspace is concerned we all knew that when track for bilsad starts wahaj SS would increase...so audience should be a bit more patient..!!

I feel people aren't able to separate the character of the writer with the writing of his show. Also since it's wahaj every single detail is analysed and ripped apart.
Even gm had problematic dialogues but since nobody gave a damn about that show, it's aspects aren't discussed, whereas even haters are interested in smd so it gets dissected and discussed a lot.
When I watched that affair and gunah wala scene I only thought about sleeping around and nothing else. I got to know this dialogue was twisted and made into something else after seeing tweets and comments.
It's a pak drama so if gunah is used right after pre marital relationship then obviously they are indicating physical intimacy without marriage. They cannot use words like shaaririk samban or sex or getting physical etc for obvious reasons. It was said while talking about bilal and it's made more than clear that he don't go after women or harassed them and whatever happens it happens with the consent of the other party. All hamsha was trying to say was that it's a safe place for women and sadaf won't face anything unless she takes the initiative.
It's a geo dramas produced by 7th sky and written by kqr. What were people expecting? Pathbreaking progressive drama? If people can give a blind eye and defend slapping, spitting and MR then smd is literally a smooth watch.

Bilshad already have great chemistry. Their eye lock scene was so well shot. Both of their expressions and nazre Milana and then churana was such an old school romance. But even then instead of appreciating that scene some were after sadaf's kajal eyes. There is something called creative freedom and the scenes had all the attention towards both the actor's eyes and Maya's eyes stood out exactly like how it's supposed to be. If people can give a blind eye to bad makeup then they can give one to kajal eyes.
