I can’t figure out the timeline of this at all. It looks like Sadaf will accept Ammar’s proposal in the next episode but I wonder if Bilal will know about it. There’s scenes…specifically the one in the hotel where Sadaf and Bilal are being dragged away and Bilal stares at her. I feel he doesn’t know yet that she has committed to Ammar. But then, I can’t see Humsha letting that go unknown.

I wanted to believe she is genuinly interested in Bilal, but anyone who cares for someone will not slander the character of that person falsely. Speaking about his vices is fine, but lying - nope, there is no 'mohabbat' there. I guess we need to have some more insight into Humsha-Faraz dynamics to understand.
Ya either she doesn't know the real Bilal or would do anything to get rid of Sadaf. The Humsha-Bilal story is so intriguing that it can have a whole show of its own 
Also how would Bilal react when he gets to know about her feelings ?
