I agree. With the crap dramas they are promoting lately they deserve this. Yesterdays episode of JN rarely had two minutes of Hiba and Danish all was focused on side characters and its was second last episode and its such a miserable show, trashworthy. In SMD too it seems to be the same problem. People watch it for main leads not for side characters. Kaddu uncle really needs to revamp what he is producing.

Btwn two years ago there was a time when Geo was doing bad. But they brought better shows like Mere humnasheen and Chauraha. I have some reservation on Chauraha but its storyline was different and slowly Geo started to pick up ratings. But now, Geo is relying on average writers like Rehana and Nooran who can only write miserable story. Then they give more sceeenspace to sideys and drag the show infinitely. Kaddu uncle really need to sort his priorities. Even Saida Aktar writing is so bad on Geo.

In SMD, at least side characters are Hira, Usama, and Amar, whereas in JN they've given major screentime to Dua's sister and Sarfaraz's sister, of which people don't even know the names

Hum TV dramas don't get high TRPs; ZPKB ending tomorrow won't have much effect on its TRPs, as Hum Sunday dramas get high TRP because of less competition. Problem is for Geo, as JN is ending today; which drama is replacing JN? Yahya?

ZPKB has no replacement yet. Next week maybe they'll air an award function.

I feel bad for Geo coz I like its guilty pleasure dramas. I don't expect Yahya to give a good competition to Ghair and Jafaa, although the later TRPs are good

I have never seen any show which gives more preference to sideys and their family issue than JN. Such a fraustrating show it is.

The worst episode are of JN, the better ratings are😡😡😤

Partly Yes. JN TRPS started to rise after E40. Before E40, JN got double-digit TRP just one time (10.1).

Even new daily shows are doing bad. The Laiba one where she is the female Kabir Singh gets really low TRPs too and the one with Haris Waheed is doing badly also. Tauba with Momina and Mikaal is also doing #s between high 4s-low 6s. Even Kaffara that was a blockbuster in terms of YT views got average TRPs. Other than JN, all other slots are not able to go above a mid-6. Geo really needs to reevaluate their programming choices and strategies. When even their mega signature shows are flopping so badly in terms of TRP, something has clearly gone wrong.

Now the JN slot will most likely also lead by Ary. JN only worked because of Danish and Hiba. And Madiha shows are rarely hit and she doesn't have any pull Hiba has.

Honestly speaking Geo deserves it. Even JN last two episodes have barely any scenes of Danish and Hiba. They are fooling audience. It might work sometime but won't work forever.

geo is not just lagging behind ary, it is also lagging behind hum tv now.
