By looking at success of some current dramas from past 2 years, I am sure now for next 1,2 years we will get same forced marriage dramas. Where leads will get married forcibly, then one of them will sleep on sofa, then small fights, then cute little moments of leads ,then journey from sofa to bed will be covered, small separation and little bit Takda of Toxic in-laws. Chalo bn gaya ik successful drama which will give high trp, insane views to producers and actors.
No need of intellectual writing , complex characters and direction

PTV was literally revived by a show with forced marriage (Humsafar)
But Humsafar atleast had a good story and brilliant execution. Recent dramas don't even have a solid story.

Even the last blockbuster show tere bin had exact same storyline as mentioned in the quoted post but still it's hailed as a masterpiece when infact such storylines have been showed previously in both ptv and itv. So it proves what are the preference of audience.

MashAllah what a great news Really happy for Yumna as it was her debut movie and as usual she took a big risk by doing non glamours character for her first movie. And she proved herself again
