Exactly KRQ chooses casts based on their acting skills. Otherwise director or production house chooses the female leads. For MPTH the production house chose Ayeza as KRQ wanted Sonya to play lead but she rejected the role so PH went with Ayeza. I’ve noticed KRQ mainly sticks with Sonya, Mahira, Mehwish and Saba as leads. This is Yumna’s second time being casted for KRQ script and also Sajal is doing his latest project.
