Ashar caught Aina's slip of the tongue " mera Maaz" so fast 😆 definitely foreshadowing some type of dangal/tashan between the two..
By the looks of it, Affaq doesn't seem to like his mother either 🤣 He's a different person when she's not around...I like this Affaq much better!

But alas, he lied about asking everybody and now its gonna be a problem..

A lot of the episode is filler but not really, it's going to be important as it's leading up to the climax.

Maaz talks like he knows that Aina is his mother, otherwise why would be ask if she was okay and not be weird to the way she responds to him..

Tabi's dialogues to Affaq including "Asi jaga khawish nikal thi hai dil ki" 👏👏 I love that all of out leading ladies ( Raania, Tabi, and Aina) are so different in mannerisms and ideologies, Tabi is inherently subtle and soft but observant
Time has taught Aina a lot and changed her perceptions
and Raania is young and an optimistic
but they all are so wise and role models..

Am I the only person who agrees with Afaaq that Tabi is boring?

In the beginning of the episode I also felt Affaq was not a bad guy, he is interested in Tabi and stuff.. but his way is wrong.. if the girl doesn't want to do something you shouldn't force. He insisted, he 'forced' her to go out with her.. he 'lied' to her, he LIED to Mohsin that Tabi forced him to take her out.. here I wanted to slap him right there.. and Tabi seriously needs sone courses in speaking up when needed. But I am glad everything got cleared in front of Aaina and she gave a tight response to Alia. And Mohsin too. I liked her in their bedroom scene.

It is making me so angry as to why people like Alia exist. like control your son--knowing what kind of person he is--it's be another if she didn't know how impulsive and pushy her son is. Instead she is blaming her would be daughter-in law 😳 I can't even with her anymore...
Omg. seriously this Ma-beta, blaming it all on tabi. 😲 ...I take back all the nice things I said about Affaq.

like @RD said, The only saving grace was Aina's Dialogue to Alia, " tarbiyat khali Larkiyan ki nahi hoti"

The second half of the show really slowed down, It was still a good episode but not up regular KNK we expect 😆 ...that being said, I have to acknowledge I have high expectations 😆

On a scale of 1-10, like an 7.5 in comparsion to yesterday's episode which was a 9.

exactly. Like Aina said, it has to be the " Tarbiyat" that is given importance, in both guys and girls, but these ideas take time to nurture and be implemented. Like I can guess and be 99% sure that Ashar and Maaz are not like Affaq as they were brought up differently and taught the " correct way" whereas Alia tends to blame others and shift responsibilities onto others and Affaq learned the same from her.

I agree with you.. but it is normal .. it is clear that she didn't want this rishta to be done .. now that it happened, she is trying to accept it. She felt bad too for making him feel as if she is not interested in him .. so yeah .. but I am not so sure about Afaaq.. 😕

Probably cannot review this episode for the next couple of days. I thought it was decently good, and I am of the firm belief Navin deserves an award for her expressions when Maaz returned.

I will say every time Alia was in a scene in this episode a chorus of angels sang in my ears "WHY DO YOU SUCK SO MUCH?!"

YAAS for my feminist Aina who told backwards butt Alia how to raise a kid. And second YAASSS for seeing MoNa sleep in the same bed for the first time (yeah I'll find the MoNa in every and any episode, try me).

But will agree it was overall pretty filler ish.

And yes, for some reason Afaaq and Taabi give me early MoNa vibes. No idea why.

8/10, and a lot of the deduced points are from the precap literally showing no Aina or Mohsin whatsoever.

I like Maaz so far, and it's obvious he knows who Aina really is. Would LOVE a conversation between Mohsin and Maaz where Maaz asks Mohsin if Mohsin could ever live a life without Aina and get Mohsin all panicky like "why u say dat :0". Also, I think I said this before but he looks like the perfect blend of Imran and Aina.

However, I do wonder how much of Sajjal's illness Maaz knows about. Even if he wasn't told about the tumor, surely he knows Sajjal is sick? How can you leave the woman who raised you behind when she's sick, even if to see your birth mother? Hope his reasoning is given because it just seems like a dick move on maaz's part.

Ehh...I'm not crazy about Raania x Maaz. I think this show has shown romance so subtly, be it with Mohsin and Nadia, MoNa, Sajjal and Faraz, etc. Maaz and Raania so far seem a little too cutesy for my liking, but we'll see how the story goes. The precap showed wayyy too much of them.

I don't want Afaaq. 😭 I just want this rishta to break so Tabby can go to university and then find someone. I don't want another Mohsin, just a normal guy who will always support Tabby.
