aseem arora is a brilliant writer, he has also written heroes movie and kya dill kya lahore..
and his work has been fab..in paanch as well..
however there are some points where he missed to make this show AN EPIC !!!!
though i will give the show 10/10 as a whole but there is no doubt that there were some loopholes which can't be ignored.
these are the points.
1. Gauri and Gauti's real relationship was never explained properly. we all were shocked when gauri said he was her stepbrother. a little flashback or background would have helped formed a better shape to the show indeed. just words didn't make everything.
2. No Gauti-Neha's flashback : m surprised Neha was all over the place till the first half of the show its when roshni comes back to avenge. focus on neha was lost...there should be given a flashback of gauti and neha, so the impact was highlighted. just a video clip that's it. even though m sure they will show something in the last two episodes but that won't be enough
3. Back to back exit and re-entries to the show : Trying to give non stop thrills, and unexpected chills, some of the twists didnt make sense at all. Sorry Mr Aseem, the re-entry of Zara and Roy from the writers point make no sense whatsoever. Zara especially when she made a graceful exit. u didn't even explain on what count she returned when she wrote such a heartening goodbye to Gauri...audiences will never ever grasp this twist.
4. Shivani has been a waste : Shivani contributed nothing to the story, she was just a prop used in the show. i thought the writer will surprise us making her either a spy of gauri or gauti in the end tht would have been an ultimate twist. but she left the show like a loser.
these loopholes made the show being short of an EPIC. and it all happened in 2nd half of the show. the first half till the time roshni was exposed has been super brilliant.
BUT STILL IT HAS BEEN A GREAT SHOW...MUCH BETTER THAN ALL THE SOAPS ON CHANNEL V. i hope it returns for season 2 mainly because we need shows on girl power. and where something we can learn.
