Your post is like glimmer of hope amidst the grim atmosphere here in forum . The bottom line is we all are emotionally invested in siddhant , the way his character took us on an emotional roller coast r ride is something that we seldom see on Indian soap operas . We all have felt each & every emotion that sid went through & therefore its is more hard to accept that he is no longer sid & is Sadiq now. May be writers wanted their audience to feel for sid & then shock us with this twist . Though I would wish in the end they do show some twist & We get sid back but that seems impossible

I would like to point out one thing ...
Though the commissioner said No Casualties ...The Bomb blast that was shown in Hospital did blew away people and they were died (or may be Injured ) , but the point is Sid even if the is doing this for some bigger Agenda , but this blooshed is something I cant ignore ..

He may not have killed anyone ...but He was the mastermind behind the plan which involved blooodshed.

I don't know , what explanation writers are gonna give for this .

I totally agree with you.
When the commissioner made the announcement, he was not even aware of the situation inside the hospital. Even if there were no civilian casualties, the security forces lost lives. And their lives do matter. I am losing hope for Sid's return or existence.

@c8 thanks for bringing in Shiva, because it is BG that has made me analyze Sid in a different way. I am a staunch devotee of Krishna. I worship him as a friend the way Arjuna worshipped him. I have taken a journey in which I have found personal peace, but it involved a lot of inner turmoil. But once I understood the essence just like you it was hard to let go. Because you see the larger picture. I believe all faith will have their own message on humanity.
It was not only you who saw the turmoil, but I too saw it. I saw a man desperate hoping 2 people will do exactly what he wants. yusuf in his extreme hatred for Sid, Shobha in her love for Sid. Sid exists for both these people. Because as you rightly said Afreen loves Sadiq, but Sid/Sadiq loves Afreen. It is against his principle to leave her, using her just a medium to get info on Jaish. His battle is for her. To win her heart for what he is, what his real pride is. The Tiranga and what it stands for.
