And I applaud writers for going this BOLD way .

This Brainwashing is killing lots of youths and taking them in wrong route . It's important to address this problem . And that's what writers are doing through Siddhant .

Now it all depends on people's perspective .

It would have made more sense if POW could bring out how Govts from both sides for political motives never let peace reign in Kashmir Valley and between both Nations and how this unjust policy/behaviour created anguish in Sadiq and he went on to challenge the establishment on both sides.

What has happened here? India bashing and Indians' killing. Does it solve anything? Someone's dad in Defence Hospital could become a terrorist now to avenge the death of his own child...W*F! The cycle will never end.

There is a serious disconnect with Sadiq. I was betting that Sidhanth was already Sadiq before he met Iman and Sartaj but his maksad being avenging Hussain's death...even that seems unlikely. So all in all...14 years of captivity didn't do what 2.5 years of Lala's house did. Seems like Pakistani love and salt was stronger than India's.

You know what, I don't want to even think of Sadiq anymore. All my attention and concern is now for Shobha. It was better to know your brother to be a war hero and martyr than an anti-national and a terrorist. That lady will die a thousand deaths.

All for Hussain? SERIOUSLY? And what will Sadiq and Afreen make of that unborn Hussain...a TERRORIST WITH THEIR BRAND OF HUMANITY?

I respect writers freedom of expression but than you should not prompt these things in the name of patriotism

@Bold: I can't explain how was I feeling for Shobha today.. Its the worst she is facing right now. Realization of her brother's deed is the biggest blow of her life. I don't know how will she recover from this.
And the whole country men! Siddhant's name was publicized by the defence minster everywhere in the media. Him murdering Lala and providing information for surgical strike was celebrated so much. The country is back stabbed!

I am disappointed with the writers

what the show wanted to portray ?

A true Indian soldier P.o.w. who changed over the course of 17 years and died a Brutal Death of a traitor and people being happy about it ????

YES 17 years is a long time and anyone can change even AN INDIAN SOLDIER.

(Like I had said to change and to be wrong are 2 different things)

Yes soldiers are brave , few P.O.W.s are loyal but some of them can be hard core Jehadis from within so one has to be super careful while dealing with P.O.W.s

U never know when a loyal , brave soldier can convert.

A loyal , loving , brave soldier whom 15 years of torture couldn't break changed in a couple of years and turned into a maniac terrorist.

The writers had always shown Sid as a very loving , compassionate guy.

Even as Sadiq he had humanity..Remember he prevented Yusuf from killing an innocent man by saying 'ek masoom pe goli chalane se accha hai mujhpe chala '

Sadiq was human enough to protect an innocent life

Remember he even told Ibrahim not to cause any blloodshed and if Yusuf wanted to meet him then he will come directly...that time also he gave importance to human life.

Them how come he became so heartless all of a sudden ?

DOESN'T MAKE SENSE !

Also today he asked Vikram to call him Sadiq but do u guys remember he didn't turn when Afreen repeatedly called him Sadiq but turned only when she called him Siddhant.

So, why did he responded only when called Siddhant and not Sadiq

Again DOESN'T MAKE SENSE !

These writers have Disppointed me so far Siddhant/Sadiq's current behaviour is contradicting to what had been shown...things are not making sense so many loop holes are

there...but still waiting for the final episode so that I can make a final judgement then

P.s. - even if Sadiq is proven to be a traitor and gets killed even then I will not be elated by his death..rather I will be sad coz it is the most tragic thing for me to watch a brave soldier for whom country was above all lost his way nd met such a tragic end..my heart will bleed for the soldier that he was...the brave soldier who endured 15 years of relentless torture only to meet a tragic end...my heart will bleed for the sister from whom the second chance was snatched ways , yes my heart will even bleed for the Unborn who wil never see his father's face, and yes my heart will bleed for the wife who's mannat remain unfulfilled

I will not be able to rejoice on his death like the way I rejoiced when Lt. SIDDHANT THAKUR RAJASTHAN RIFLES returned home safely and saluted the National flag.

And this is the very reason I hate such tragic ends...I would have preferred a climax where the 3 p.o.ws along with Vikram would have fought together to save the country from Yusuf n Co.

I would prefer that cliche happy ending than this cruel one no matter how realistic it is.
