For one Sid ...conveniently forgetting the Vikram ,Imaan and gang . Rather then feeling proud about country having such people protecting it ... thinking about how 1 Sid can populate ppl mind .

This ...THIS VERY THINKING needs to be changed .

See the point is not about forgetting the brave soldiers..the point is about doubting...coz it is a practical thing to do..it raises a doubt in the minds of people.
People are proud of the soldiers so much so that even in a TV show if an indian soldier is shown converted then people are heart broken about it coz people are proud of the brave soldiers and seeing such a brave soldier going the dark path without a strong reason break their hearts
People feel so betrayed that they are demanding death of the turned soldier and even going on to say that even his wife and the unborn can die is all they care.
This is the case when it is a TV show...see the amount of negativity..coz it is a human nature.
People on hand are praising Vikram and Co while on the other praying for the traitor's death at the hands of his sister who once was an Indian soldier and got brutally tortured for 17 years and was nearly killed by his very own fellow helpess countryman
No one will try to think from his perspective or even understand his psyche.

And this is why I was okay with Sid changing his religion and marrying the enemy's daughter..he from a carefree person changed into a silent , mature man and this change I was ok with..all these changes were acceptable.
But to show him turned and losing all his consience , morality and principles without a STRONG REASON is what bothers me

Yes soldiers can change but can become wrong also ?

So, is this what the show wanted to portray ?

A true Indian soldier P.o.w. who changed over the course of 17 years and died a Brutal Death of a traitor and people being happy about it ????
Or
YES 17 years is a long time and anyone can change even AN INDIAN SOLDIER.
(Like I had said to change and to be wrong are 2 different things)
Or
Yes soldiers are brave , few P.O.W.s are loyal but some of them can be hard core Jehadis from within so one has to be super careful while dealing with P.O.W.s
U never know when a loyal , brave soldier can convert.

Yes for every Sadiq there is a Vikram, Imaan and Sartaj but it is the same concept that glass is half empty or full.
Not evryone has an optimistic approach to life...practical thinking also exists
For every Imaan and Sartaj there will be a Sadiq as well...this will also be a thinking of many.
It is funny to think that all people will see only one postive aspect and neglect the other negative nd very much plausible aspect.

Half empty glass and half full glass...both exist and both are practical.

This is a very sensitive subject and must be dealt with equal empathy and sensitivity.

Coming to the point its good discussion that y many see negative y not the positive ..how it will change well the mentality majority of ppl love to see negativity well see trp chart
ppl like negativity more that is the trend for GOD knows what is the reason ...
well yes there is patriot brave soldiers but tell me how many remember not us if we asked out side how many remember Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal or Cap Sourav Kalia ...
how many know it...
now come how many know that militant some wani name (I don't even want to write his name )
news paper fil with terrorist n separatist name but not with our real hero
even another thing bugging me that peshwar attack I need proper clarification n cleaning of this

now come to the show
Sid can be sadiq but need proper logic...
I found no logic I buy to accept it...I will still wait...

My biggest disappointment is that they turned Siddhant into a traitor...
This particular character was too strong to be turned for no reason..
His every action depicted the high virtues he had.. When Lala tried to convince him that Sartaj left him to choose Imaan, he said " Main bhi yahi chahta that ki Sartaj Imaan Sir ko chune ... " He wanted Sartaj to choose Imaan over him.. Such was the value of sacrifice and friendship imbibed in him... There were no grudges at all..

A character who understood love and friendship, a character who knew how painful separation form loved ones is, a person was too intelligent to be brainwashed or fooled, a person who had seen the life of torture and what war cn do to people is doing exactly the same thing ... How convinient but how unrealistic.. 💔
