They should have been suspicious of him for catching all the 3 ISI agents. It was as if he knew all the details of the 3 culprits.
And if he actually knew about these agents(He said "Saalon ki qaid, saalon ka information"), then he should have informed Duggal/Vikram about these 3 people before itself. Why did he wait for being appointed as Security chief for Thadani?
